1.1 An introduction Ubiquitous computing
Another name of Ubiquitous computing is pervasive computing. It is human and computer
interaction with using technology. The technology provides interaction human and computer
for human activities. The example of ubiquitous computing is when you are in near the town,
you want know the ATM is available right place. The location of ATM is show your mobile
or Tablet in one second after entering right information.
When discuss the object which is interactions are smart phone, laptop, tablet and other mobile
device. The technology support to make them anywhere any time with operating system,
sensors, microprocessors, location and position.
People can do their activities with integration system via ubiquitous computing. All human
needs close to their hand device and feel them interest.
1.2 Ubiquitous computing and future school
The new technology such as Wi-Fi, QR codes, GPS, internet and navigation, take place to
global school system. The technology can apply for device and persons who are in education
sectors intergrade with ubiquitous computing.
Student point of view
Students are involved in interactive learning process.
Future device belong to students are tablet and smart phone. Their fingers work with
tough screen for see new updates in the world. Share the knowledge via internet with
high speed of internet such as 4G.

Work collaborative
All the education information are available internet and easy to access. When students
avoid the class room then lecture notes , audio, tutorials are share with others
collaborative.

No limitation
As students there are some limitation when they in learning process. But they have
their own device with supper security helps to go beyond the limitation
Independent leaning
Traditionally students are listening to teachers and do their works what teacher
expects. But the technology and device show independent learning environment.
Students can do their own word them self.
Increase the opportunity of distance learning
When integration of human and computing, as result of that is anything can happen in
anywhere. Student learn their owns depend on others servers cloud.

School Administrative point of view
Students and teachers Identification of the correct location is based on GPS system
Monitor the students and teachers with technology
Provide security for school information using QR codes and others prevent from

Customers

Select the rooms type, location of the hotel

Authority Login for customer, manager, reception.
Manager can approve rates, delete customer account under the authority
Customer can see their accounts only.

ERP is standard for Enterprise Resources planning. This is software package which use in
organization such as business purpose. ERP has advantage and disadvantage.

More benefited when system integrated
The capability to streamline different organizational processes and workflow
ERP enables centralized storage/back-up of all enterprise data

M/ Wimaladharma national school is government school category as C1 School. 1500
students, 60 academic staff and 6 nonacademic are working for education task. Majority
students are primary and around 400 students are secondary. When discuss about schools
unit follow are major one under inspect of IT unit in school.
CLC (computer learning center)
Multimedia Unit
School Administration Office
Library
English Unit
Above unite perform their various task such as lab facilities for academic purpose, various
function organized using multimedia unit, keeping school records via school admin office,
library facilities.
When involve in such activities they face many problems under the IT requirements.
Lack of knowledge in IT
Lack of Software hardware facilities
Cut of donation given by the governments
Within above problems selecting the software is difficult. But I can recommend free
and open source software is suite for the organization to achieve the target of
school.
