Role Description - GMOMO

GMO&MO provides operations support to the Global Markets Business of BOAML. Key Business activities include back office and middle
office operations related to securities, derivatives, futures, options, currencies (fx) and commodities. Key functions includes Trade
Processing & settlement, Inventory Management, Cash Management, Asset Services, Collateral Management, Reconciliation, Client &
Product Data.
New hires to be part of the GMO&MO business group. They will be given a deep understanding the business, operations, people and risk
management. Post completion of the training they will be part of the regular operation teams.

Responsibilities:

Process Management: Responsible for complete ownership of primary functional responsibilities for the assigned teams.
Responsible for shift planning, monitoring daily work routine of the associates, handle escalations and business management .
Complete ownership of the business and delivery at the highest standards. Managing reports, conduct meetings on a regular basis, publish
dashboards. Assign work initiatives / special projects to the team. Maintaining detailed MIS on process and responds to LOB queries.
Ownership of the client queries / Escalations.

Change Management: Provide and drive ideas for improvements in the process and business. Exhibit strong project management skills and
drive given projects to achieve desired results. Exhibits a high degree of reliability and can be counted on to participate as required
Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Requirements:

Excellent Communication skills
Flexibility in work hours to coordinate with team members across the globe
Expertise in MS Office Products like Excel and Access
Strong understanding of finance domain
Understanding of the financial trading business
Work experience in financial services industry
