Your Diet after Weight-Loss Surgery


Below is a list of high-protein foods. If you had Roux-en-Y or Lap-Band surgery, your goal is 50 to 60
grams of protein per day. If you had a duodenal switch, your goal is 80 to 100 grams of protein per day.
