Sub.: Integrated Surveyor Licensing Management System
The Authority is inthe process of implementing a module whichwould enable
online submissionof applications for enrolment / grant of fresh/ renewal license
to Surveyors and Loss Assessors.
In this connection all existing licensed Surveyors and Loss Assessors (Individual
and Corporate) and Trainees enrolled with1RDAw.e.f April 2011 are required to
providethefollowing information inthe relevant form annexed to thiscircular,
within15 days:-
1. Details of PAN No ./TAN No( incaseof corporatesurveyors)
2. E-mail ID
For Individual Surveyors: - personal e-mail id
For CorporateSurveyors: - official e-mail id
It may he noted that the Authority shall be sending a mail to the e-mail ids
provided by all licensed Surveyors and Trainees whereinthe details of User-id
and Password would becommunicated to them.
It may be noted that inthe absence of the above informationthe facility to
submit applicationsonline for grant of license/ enrolment would not beavailable
to thelicensed surveyor and trainees.
Further, it may also benoted that for thepurposeof identification, submissionof
copy of following documents has beenmade mandatory inthe proposed online
licensing module:
a) PAN /TAN
b) Rationcard / Aadhaar card
c) Voter ID
d) Service tax Registrationno,(incase of corporate surveyors including sole
proprietor)
e) Passport
0Any other document for the purpose of identification

All Trainees and licensed surveyors who do not have any of the above
documents as ondate. are required to make necessary arrangements to
obtainthesamefrom theconcerned authority.
The authority is making necessary arrangements to provide required training to
all users. Circular giving informationabout thesameshall beissued shortly.
