Short-Term Labor Agreement

This Agreement is made by and between HUANG, Po-Chih (hereinafter referred to as A) and
__________________ (hereinafter B). Both parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of
this Agreement.


1. Term of Agreement
This fixed-term agreement is part of Production Line Made in China & Made in Taiwan
project by A and is to be fulfilled only during the course of Taipei Biennial. To support the
projects implementation and development, B agrees to participate in the project by fulfilling
short-term tasks specified below. B shall follow the guidelines and personnel regulations
stipulated by A out of mutual trust and actively contribute to the project within working hours.
Contract details and work duties are as follows.


2. Duties and Location of Work
B agrees to accept As instructions and supervision, to carry out the following duties on the
grounds of Taipei Fine Arts Museum (No. 181, Section 3, Zhong-Shan North Road, Taipei):
(1) During the term of this agreement, B agrees to wear Womens Denim Long Sleeve
Blouse produced by Production Line Made in China & Made in Taiwan project and
to ensure that all original information on the product remains intact to achieve the best
display results, i.e. not removing tags and labels on the blouse.
(2) B shall be responsible for planning his or her own schedule and tasks during working
hours that include viewing other exhibits, assisting in the production of blouses (ironing
and other non-hazardous tasks), arranging product shelves, and conducting guided
tours of this project without leaving the premise of the Museum (with the exception of
lunch break).


3. Working Hours
After signing this agreement, B agrees to fulfill aforementioned duties over two days totaling
15 working hours (including an one-hour lunch break per day) during the course of Taipei
Biennial (from 12

January 2015). B agrees to punch in and out each
day as records of arrival and departure time.


4. Opening Hours
Wednesday to Sunday: 9:30 17:30. Saturday: 9:30 20:30


5. Remuneration
Wages are paid in the form of Labor for Barter. In exchange for 15 hours of labor, A shall pay B
with one Womens Denim Long Sleeve Blouse produced by Production Line Made in China &
Made in Taiwan project.

This agreement may be amended at any time by mutual consent. This agreement is executed in
duplicate, with one copy to be retained each by A and B.
