Sub-About Yoga organizing camps

Sir,
I learnt Yoga and Reiki from The divine life society and Shri Sunil Goutam,Rourkela
thereafter from Ambika yoga in Mumbai and Gandhi gyan mandir in Hyderabad.
I think it is high time I take to the people what I learnt on the line ofNikam Guruji
of Ambika yoga kutir, Mumbai who was a police personnel of Thane dist.
I would request your majesty to help me organize yoga camps free of cost for 10 to
15 days from 6 am to 8 pm and evening by providing travel cost for 4-5 people
,minimum cost boarding in police barrack or anything similar to that and food in
police mess and Rs 100 expenses per yoga teacher a day.May be more money flows
from donations.
I know Bishnu pd nayak in cuutack DIG office and K.ch nahak,Mrityunjaya padhy
and Ravindra samanta from Berhampur police.
I found many people in Bam with diabetics and similar diseases

I have left side energy circulation problem, fickle mindedness in extreme negative
thoughts as ego, a little of diabetics and High BP.
But yoga sustains me and controls all the diseases.

The Key to success-1

The 2

time as I finished my Hyderabad Marathon without preparation in 2 hr and
7-10 minutes,I felt great to Dr. Praveen Kapadia and the team to help me gather
my confidence and complete that before time even though more than 40-50 people
strode beside me ahead.However Arun Bharadwaj who have a limca book record of
170 kms uninterrupted run on running machine for 24 hrs gave me a great
inspiration.Miss prabha and Mr Ajendreya also prepared the ground work for my
participation.

A major controversy erupted while doing sarvangasana after running completetion
by a exercise MBBS as like that of in Gandhi Gyan mandir as that if somebody dies
out of difficult postures(Sarvangasana,Shishasana,samana jaya standing on hand
palms) who shall be responsible.No body died till now as per record ,Mr Ram
Chandra Surve confirmed me over phone.I argued death is impossible as after
exercise blood vessels in brain nurves are open due to breathing pressure and
improble of a brain hamerrage.
However if anybody is in acute stresss and carelessly practices for long time he may
suffer little.
To my surprise may be an imagination an eagle tried to roar and draw my attention
thereby he gave me extra power when I ran and succeeded.I gave a green coconut
to lord shiva(Godavari) on my return thanking him if he had contributed somehow
to my success story at all.A Jaladhouti of 7 continuous days before a great run for
lightness and shirshasana ,sarvangasana and chakrasana or dwipada sirasana may
help you be light next time.
And a jala dhouti of 3 more days after the run may help you to relax the stressed
muscles.
Congrats all those participated and succeeded.

The Key to success-2

I may not be able to write Arogya chi Gurukili.
The key to healthy life.Many people raising the issue that I copy other great
books.I relax.Most books are copy from some other literature elsewhere.
But the subtle feeling for any success in yoga I tried to focus in my writings
1. Gross and subtle consciousness

1. Chant with consciousness and pronounce correctly.The word moukshya if
wrongly read as mukya(means towards death is wrong) or even Murkshya
is not correct. Rather Moukshya-(Mokshya) means free from deathly
problems is right.For long years I may have been chanting wrongly also.
Like that in long chanting lips closed and backbone energy getting pushed outside

and outward release of energy is required.
2. Budha meditation makes you concentrate more

our psychological feelings.
4. Udiyaan and Bhramari regular practice is important

5. Shishasana,neti,tratak and eye exercises.
6. Pranayam and Ashwini Mudra
7. Chakra consciousness(Dhyan ,Dharana and concentration)
8. Kindness
One example of Budhha.A Wood cutter wanted elephant tooth from a white
elephant ,the incarnation of Budha.He hurt him many times for money but
Budha gave in to his lurched desire and last time the wild cold nature rain and
storm killed the cruel woodcutter,So respect the divine with kindness.

Truth makes you courageous and character makes you divine and a person
succeeds for that like M.K Gandhi, the father of our nation.
God is like a Prime minister.Are you allowed the PMs favour easily.You have
to satisfy and overcome may impediments and blocks on the way.Thats how
you have to succeed.
Like that small courtiers will protest you getting into the power house of true
yoga that you have to overcome with.

The exam starts every minute.May be a strange voice or a demand from a
colleague or your own carelessness.You have to follow true yoga every time
you are examined.
