ALARM PADA MITSUBISHI COLT T 120 SS 1.5 TAHUN 2010

ABSTRAK
Tujuan proyek akhir ini adalah mampu merencanakan pemasangan power
window, central door lock dan alarm system pada Mitsubishi Colt T120 SS tahun
2010, dapat melaksanakan proses pemasangan power window, central door lock
dan alarm system dengan efektif pada Mitsubishi Colt T120 SS tahun 2010,
berhasil melakukan pemasangan power window, central door lock dan alarm pada
Mitsubishi Colt T120 SS tahun 2010 dengan hasil yang sesuai fungsinya.
Dalam merencanakan pemasangan sistem power window, central door
lock dan alarm pada kendaraan Mitsubishi Colt T 120 SS Tahun 2010, perlu
dilakukan penyesuaian agar sistem ini dapat terpasang. Proses pemasangan power
window, central door lock dan alarm meliputi persiapan bahan dan alat,
pemilihan saklar power window serta penempatan motor power window berupa
pembuatan dudukan baru dan juga rangkaian kelistrikan dan penempatan jalur
kabel. Perhatian khusus yang dibutuhkan pada pemasangan sistem power window
ini adalah penyesuaian pada regulator dan kerangka pintu serta tempat
pemasangan saklarnya. Untuk pemasangan central door lock dan alarm
penyesuaian yang dilakukan hanyalah melakukan pengeboran pada bagian bodi
dan kerangka pintu kendaraan untuk membuat dudukan bagi door lock motor,
door switch dan sirine.
Hasil pengujian kerja pada power window menunjukkan bahwa power
window dapat bekerja dengan normal sesuai fungsinya yaitu dapat menggerakkan
kaca naik dan turun dengan dikontrol menggunakan saklar. Hasil pengujian pada
central door lock dan alarm menunjukkan sistem-sistem tersebut dapat bekerja
sesuai dengan fungsinya yaitu pintu kendaraan dapat berada pada posisi lock dan
unlock dengan diatur menggunakan remote control disertai dengan bunyi dari
sirine.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this final project are able to plan the installation of power
windows, central door lock and alarm system on the Mitsubishi Colt T120 SS
2010, effectively doing the installation of power windows, central door lock and
alarm system on the Mitsubishi Colt T120 SS 2010, correctly doing the
installation of power windows, central door lock and alarm on Mitsubishi Colt
T120 SS 2010 so the systems can work properly.
In case of planning the installation of power windows, central door lock
and alarm on Mitsubishi Colt T 120 SS 2010, it is necessary to customize some
parts of the vehicle so that the system can be installed. The installation process of
power windows, central door lock and alarm includes the preparation of materials
and tools, choose the power window switches that appropriate, make the holders
for power window motors and properly install the electrical wiring. In case of
power window system installation, special attention is needed in installation of the
switch, customize the regulator and the door frame. For installation of central door
lock and alarm, it is just have to drilling on the vehicle body and door frame to
make holders for the door lock motors, door switches and siren.
Test results on the power windows work indicates that the power windows
can work normally according to its function that it can move the glass up and
down with controlled by the switch. Test results on the central door lock and
alarm-system indicates the systems can work normally according to its function
that the vehicle doors can be in a position of lock and unlock along with the
sound of sirens which controlled by the remote.
