Clients who wish to collect the tested samples should collect the same from the lab. At their
own cost within 20 days from the date of testing.
Full payment against Invoice by Cheque/DD in favour of M/s 'Earth Metallurgical Services
Pvt. Ltd' shall be made within 15 days from the date of the Invoice.
Service Tax and education Tax shall be applicable as per the prevailing Govt. Laws.
Clients are requested to furnish all the details of the samples and the tests required on the
Company's Letter Head/Challan.
Priority testing /Urgent assignments for out of turn would be charged 50% extra.
Samples will be preserved for a period of 90 days only from the date of sample testing.
Additional copies of test reports shall be provided @ Rs. 70.0 perReport.
If any amendment in the test report is required by the client , then a written request shall be
made on the client's letterhead with an authourised signature.Amendments that are feasable
and admissible only shall be made and such decision shall be taken by the lab. which will by
binding upon the client.original test reports need to be returned to the lab.
