RE : Leave of Absence for ASEACCU Conference

This coming 27-30 August 2014, I am sent by the university to join the annual conference called by the
Association of Southeast Asia and East Asian Catholic Colleges and Universities (ASEACCU) in Davao
City, Philippines. This annual conference will discuss topics related to the theme, Catholic Higher
Education for Social Justice. Together with me in the conference is XU-CSG Executive Secretary, Mario
Alejandro Jacinto M Neri, a representative from KKP-SIO, and two college council presidents.

In my absence on the said dates, Annalotta C Tecson, Cabinet Secretary, will serve as the Officer-in-
Charge of the student government.
