A. Seller:
1. Affidavit: Format should be printed on Rs. 10/- stamp paper along with the needed details and same
has to be notarized (Yes/ No)
2. Stamp paper need to be purchased either from customers resident area or project based area (Yes/ No)

Note:

2. In case of bank loan, sanction letter produced by Buyer then meeting and signature of the concerned Banking Relation &
Recovery Deptt. Official is compulsorily.
3. Kindly bring the checklist of documents being submitted to get the receiving of the same.
4. Seller & Buyer both have to meet CRM-Legal Team at Supertech Office to in person to process the transfer documents.
5. Seller & Buyer both have to give a duly signed consent letter to transfer the property.
6. Incomplete document in any manner will not be accepted, please ensure documents should be completed as per the
above checklist.
