HUNA TEMPLATE

Huna, the Hawaiian word for secret, is an ancient Hawaiian system of spirituality. It
is a joyous, balanced system in that it honours both our highest spiritual selves and
our intimate connection with earth. Huna is very practical and not only fulfils our
deepest spiritual longings, but also provides powerful tools for solving the everyday

I created the Huna template with the intent that it can be used personally,
professionally and in groups. The template was created to provide a deeper
connection to the Huna teachings, practices and energies. Some of the specifics are:

Providing access to the highest and most powerful Huna healing energies
Harmonizing the relationship between our three selves (the Higher, Middle
and Lower selves)
Allowing for guidance to be received from the Aumakua, the guardian spirits
of the Huna tradition
Creating a deeper connection to what I refer to as the heart of Hawaii
Providing more profound results when using any Huna practice, such as the
cross of fire meditation, heart of the sun meditation, the Ha rite, healing, etc
Awakening any ancient Huna knowledge and wisdom we carry within us
Awakening within us a deeper appreciation for earth as our Mother and an
expanded understanding of our role amongst the community of beings on earth
Awakening within us the three crucial qualities of the heart; love, joy and
courage
