have also observed that !ud(e ulit "ana(es his court in a very care%ul and consistent
"anner , he "a1es sure that everyone o% his sta%% is listenin( to his instructions, ) can say
he is a born leader and a natural !ud(e, ) have no idea how lon( he has been a !ud(e but
bein( a !ud(e doesn#t "ean 2ust (ivin( orders or verdicts it also involves strict disci-line
and (ivin( ut"ost res-ect to your %ellow sta%%s such as the cler1 o% court, -ublic
-rosecutors, counsel#s, witnesses and so on'
) do not recall what was the %irst case or what was the sequence o% cases heard that day,
but ) will try "y best to recall' 3ne o% the %irst cases ) can recall is the ado-tion cases
wherein a youn( wo"an4 sittin( in %ront o% "e5 -resu"ably the -etitioner e6-resses her

when !ud(e ulit was tal1in( to hi", the latter was quite i"-ressed and a bit a"used at
the sa"e ti"e as he was s-ea1in( very loudly %or an old %ellow'

3ne o% the cases that ) also re"e"bered is the cross e6a"ination o% witness -resu"ably
a -sycholo(ist wherein the -ublic -rosecutor was cross e6a"inin( her with re(ards to a

"uch' ) (uess what "a1es a -erson a (ood lawyer is so"ewhere between the "iddle o%
the slea/y, s"ooth and silent' Based on what ) have observed bein( a (reat lawyer isn#t
about winnin( cases or ar(u"ents, it isn#t about tryin( to de(rade or hu"iliate your co8
