agent for Islamic Apparel under the brandname Algebra.
Algebra Art and Design is a registered business entity. The business promotes positive mes-
sages about Islam, humanity and patriotism through creative merchandise under the brand-
name Algebra. We produce the collection with our own design and print without middle
parties. Thus, we are able to give low-price offer to our agents.
There are two options of becoming our authorised agent :
Become our Dropship Agent; or
Become our Retailer Agent.
Attach with this letter are the products information, agent price lists, agent rules and regula-
tion and promotion packages offered.
Our design is the latest and distinctive without copying ideas of any party. We will come out
with new design collection in every quarter of the year (3 month). This guarantees the conti-
nuity of the latest design in favour of your business.

Dropshipping is a technique of retailing, in which the retailer (dropship agent) does not
keep the stock, but instead transfer customer orders and shipment details to us. We
will ship the orders to the customers.
By becoming our authorised dropship agent, you will enjoy amount of commission on
every single sale that you make.

By doing that, you will have at least a product for yourself, for you to see, touch and
feel the product that you will sell. It is very important for you to have the real experi-
ence of the product that you will promote to customers.
To become Algebra Authorised Dropship Agent, you need to make a purchase, mini-
mum of one, of any apparel product, using the customer price.

For West Malaysia (Peninsula), no delivery charge applies (FREE delivery).
For East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), RM 2 delivery charge applies.
Dropship service is only applicable for delivery within Malaysia.

WHAT IS RETAILER AGENT?
By becoming our authorised retailer agent, you will enjoy lower agent price, more
discounts, free promotions, more publicity and many other benefts.
A retailer agent purchase products in large quantity from us, and then sells it to the
end-user for profts.

HOW TO BECOME AUTHORISED RETAILER AGENT?
Retailer Agent Price List
Retailer Agent entitle above prices only if you purchase our Retailer Packages (refer to
Retailer Packages table) or purchase minimum of RM 600 free choice apparels for the
frst order.
You can place your frst order by flling in your full particulars in our Agent Order Form
as link below and choose Retailer Order option :

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For West Malaysia (Peninsula), FREE delivery charge for orders more than 20 appar-
els. But, RM 10 will be charge to any order of 19 apparels or less.
For the next orders, you entitle above prices only if you purchase minimum of 10
mixed apparels of your choice.
For East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), RM 20 will be charge to agents for shipping
of every 10kg parcel. The company will subsidies the balance of the charge.
You remain as Algebra Authorised Retailer Agent as long as you do purchasing at
least 20 apparels within 3 months. If you dont reorder after 3 months, your name as
our authorised agent will be cancelled and will be removed.
Retailer agent also enjoys dropship service. The same charge will applies as the drop-
ship agent.

For Dropship Agent, we will post the products parcel to your customers via PosLaju
courier service, at 5 pm, everyday except frst Saturday of every month.

For Retailer Agent, we will post the products parcel via City-Link Express courier
service, at 5 pm, everyday except Sunday, and at 12.00 pm for Saturday.
You will get your Tracking Number to track and trace your parcel. Your products parcel
will take one until three days to reach you/your customers.
The courier service provider may differ for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).
