metal sculptures in an area; and the designs are scattered

states.

Idea: A company called M.O.A.T. builds 254 tourist
attractions in Texas over 26 years doing ten a year.

Idea: Over 26 years a group called M.O.A.T. builds and
treats the public somewhere to a single tourist attraction in
the course of 26 years for a group called COTE which
takes donations for charity.
