INTERNSHIP WEEKLY REPORT

Day 1,13 may, Monday - I attended bail proceedings and learnt how to file the bail
application , heard arguments during proceedings, I was also present in other court hearings
where cross-questioning was being done , my rest of work was done in my superiors office
where we prepared for next days proceedings and I read many files .
Day 2, 14
th
May, Tuesday- I learnt to write Nemo of appearance which is submitted in
appeal titled oriental insurance v/s state commission bench. Attended hearing in NI Act
court in which I learnt how to do cross examine. In Sanjay v/s Housing Finance case next
date was given. In Anand Mittal v/s Ghanshyam, Anand Mittal was not present in the court
due t some medical reason so court refused his bail application.
Day 3, 15

May, Wednesday-In Matedan v/s JP Soni next date was to be given in NI Act
court and the judgement will be given on next date. In ACJM 2 , a case in which accused was
not present so court gave the order to call the accused next day. In Prakash Labs case next
date was given where as in another case cross questioning wad done and in a leading bank
case complainant was questioned by the judge regarding the cheques signed by the party
given to another party.
Day 4, 16
th
May, Thursday- Everyday same things are done in early morning that is bail
proceedings , bails are conducted early morning because that time judge is not having
pressure of other parties. After Bail proceedings it is time for Ni Act court hearings, accused
was called and questioning was done and on other cases various arguments were put up by
advocates of both sides. Rest of work was done in office where completion of files and
documents, preparation for next days cases and dictation on legal letters were given to me.
Day 5, 17 May, Friday- Today was a very important day because my senior was going to
file a case against Reliance Insurance Company in which complainants shares were sold and
purchased by the company without shareholders notice , this was a case of fraud and
cheating done by the company and my senior filed the case in the court where report was
given to the court so that court will examine the case and give its view upon the decision
and next day court gave the order to call the company in court for questioning . Another
case was in NI Act court where proceedings were conducted and next date was given of
hearing.
