1) Install this product in a well-ventilated area.

2) Install this product and its parts firmly at a secured place that would not be of any

3) This product is designed to work on 12V DC, and the ground is designed to be the
chassis of the car.
It would cause a fire by installing this product other than a vehicle powered by a 12V DC

4) Disconnect the ground line from the battery while installing this product.
It would cause a fire by an electric short, breakage of electronic part(s) and (or) burn(s).

5) Disconnect the harnesss connectors from the connectors it self. DO NOT pull from
the harness.
It would cause a fire by an electric short, breakage of electronic part(s) and (or) burn(s).
Moreover, it would cause some malfunction(s) to this product.

6) Discontinue utilizing this product and contact our retailers or us, if you notice some
irregular noise and (or) odor from this product
It would cause a fire, electrocution, and (or) breakage of electronic part(s), if you disregard
this (these) symptom(s).

7) DO NOT operate this product while driving.
It would cause an accident.

8) DO NOT damage any wiring(s) and (or) piping(s) from the engine room while installing
this product.

5) Do not install this product while the engine and its components are hot; wait until
they are fully cooled.

exhaust system remain hot.

This products durability and components are virtuously tested; however, depending on the
vehicles driven condition and (or) climate, the durability may decrease.

7) Do not throw away the original detached components from the vehicle. Please keep
the components securely.
We are not liable from any damages caused to the components while installing it. Please be
extra careful through the installation.

8) Use the right tools to tighten the nuts and bolts.
It will damage the threads if you over tighten it.

9) This product has been designed and tested on vehicles with manufacturers original
components.
It would cause malfunctions to the product or vehicle if you have already installed a third
partys product(s).

Important Notice:
1) This product is based on original vehicles from the manufacturer. We are not liable of able
to warrant it installed to vehicles other than the original from the manufacturer.

2) Take extra caution not to mix foreign materials through the installation procedure. It may
cause a breakage or damage to the engine.

3) Use the manufacturer maintenance manual to install or removal of the original components.
Please purchase the Maintenance manual from the maker if you do not have one.

4) Make sure there are not any oil, coolant and exhaust gas leaks before going for a test drive.
There is a possibility of a fire or breakage if the vehicle is kept with the leaks.

5) This kit is meant to work only on high-octane gasoline. If the vehicle is driven with normal
gas, it may cause knockings or worst, it may break the engine.

6) Take extra caution with a source of fire while working on the gasoline tank.

7) Change the spark plugs to type that can withstand high heat.

8) Do not alter the internal components and (or) disassemble this kit at any given time. It
could change the settings and cause damage to the engine.

9) Run the engine in idle for about 10 15 minutes after reinstalling the EFI fuse if installing
an after market air cleaner such as the SUS POWER CLEANER/ SUS POWER CORE TYPE
LM/ SONIC POWER AIR CLEANER).

10) Make sure to clean thoroughly the altered fuel suction assembly w/ pump if installing the
kit (Product Number) 1047/10149/10153. It could cause malfunction or even damage to
the engine.

1) Remove the circuit-opening relay located at the
internal panel relay box.
2) Turn the ignition OFF after the engine stops
itself.
3) Remove the ground line of the battery.
4) Install back the circuit-opening relay.
5) Remove the fuel tank cap to release the
pressure.






5. Removal of the genuine components.

bolts (2 bolts) holding the clamp.






4) Remove the air bag sensor.









5) Remover the alternator coupler, harness
clamp and the B terminal.







6) Remove the alternator bracket by removing
one bolt and one nut.

7) Remove the V belt.

8) Remove the alternator by removing one nut
located at the bottom of the alternator.





9) Remove the bolt shown in the figure.

10) Remove the throttle cable.








11) Remove the throttle cable with the gasket by
removing one bolt and two nuts.
It is possible to work without removing the
ventilation hose, water bypass hose and the
coupler.

12) Remove the blow by hose and the master back
hose.



13) Release the oil level gauge guide by removing
the bolt holding the oil level gauge guide.






14) Remove the harness clamp from the intake
manifold.
15) Remove the intake manifold with the gasket
by removing three bolts and two nuts.


16) Remove two stud bolts from the head surface.
Remove the stud bolts first, if the intake
manifold does not come off easily.

5. Compressor Installation Procedure.

1) Install the 12.Tension Bolt; 13.Adjuster Bolt
and the 8.Tension Bracket B using the
Cap Bolts (2P) to the 7. Tension Bracket A.





2) Install temporarily the 7.Tension bracket B
using the 18.Bracket Collar; 19.Bracket
Collar B (1P); Flange Bolt (1P); Hex Bolst
(1P) and the Washer (1P).

5) Install temporarily the bottom section of the
alternator using a Flange Bolt(1P) and a
Flange Nut (1P).
Attach the upper and lower sides in reverse
order from the genuine attachment.
Secure the Flange Nut after tightening the
Flange Bolt.

6) Fully tighten the upper and lower bolts of the
alternator by installing a 14.Idle Pulley using
the 16.Pulley Collar A; Hex Bolt (1P) and a
Washer (1P).
Position the flange side of the 14. Pulley
toward the 16. Collar.
Make alterations with caution to the air
conditioner pipe to make some space if it
gets in contact with the alternator.

7) Attach the alternator coupler and the B
terminal.

3) Remove the genuine alternators stay.




4) Install temporarily the 6. alternator bracket
using the 19.Bracket Collar B (1P) and the
Flange Bolt (1P).

8) Install back the Air Bag Sensor.


9) Remove two stud bolts from the genuine
intake manifold.




10) Install 3.two Large Nipples to the4. Inlet
Pipe.
Use a seal tape or some kind of sealant.






11) Install the two stud bolts that were removed
to the 4.Inlet Pipe.







12) Install the 25.Sink Plug to the 3.Intake
Manifold.
Use a seal tape or some kind of sealant.
Install a 24.Small Nipple if planning to
install a boost gauge.

(1P).
Use the Flange Nuts to tighten the
Stud Bolts. Use one Flange Bolt to
tighten the last hole.









15) Install three Stud Bolts to the surface of

18) Move the fuel delivery pipe by removing two
M8 bolts.
Be careful for the injectors do not come off
from the fuel delivery pipe. It could cause
fuel leakage is fuel gets into contact with
injectors O-ring.
Be careful since there is a possibility of fuel
spillage.

19) Install the assembled 1.Compressor and the
3.Intake Manifold in step 14) using the
20.Intake Manifold Gasket; two genuine
intake manifold nuts; two Cap Bolts and
one Flange Nut.

30) Install the blow by hose and the master back
hose using two 31.Clamps.
Cut the blow by hose and the master back
hose to the appropriate length since it will
be slightly long.
Adjust and cut the blow by hose where it
becomes9 to fit the nipple; since the hose
is a variant type from19-9.
25) Install temporarily the 10.Inlet Pipe Stay
where the transmission docking bolt was
attached using one Hex Bolt.
26) Install temporarily the 4.Inlet Pipe using the
29.Silicone Hose and two 30.Hose Bands.
27) Install the 4.Inlet Pipe to the 10.Inlet Pipe Stay
using two Cap Bolts.
28) Fully tighten the 10.Inlet Pipe Stay from step
25.
29) Fully tighten the 30.Hose Bands from step

Disconnect the fuel evaporation tube No. 2.
a Before start working, clean up the dirt
around the clip.
bDisconnect by pressing the Fuel tube connector clip
with your finger tips.
Warning:
Be extra careful not to damage or attach
any foreign substance while removing the
tube, since an O-ring is sealing the
plugging section of the nylon tube suction
plate of the quick connector.
Only use your hands for the disconnecting
procedure, DO NOT use any tools.
DO NOT rotate or bend the nylon hose with
force.
DO NOT attach any foreign particles to
plugging section.
Cover the disconnected section with a
plastic bag.
If the connector is seized, release it by
pulling or pushing it gently.
Remove the fuel tank vent tube set plate.
Remove the fuel suction tube assembly w/
pump.
Remove the cover.
a Remove the cover by unlocking it with a
minus driver.
Remove the fuel pressure regulator.
Use a stick file to alter the portion as shown in
the figure.
Install the (C. 26) regulator at the altered
portion by adjusting the projected section of
the regulator as shown in the figure.
Warning:
Be extra careful not to damage the O-ring
from the altered portion.
Make sure to clean up the fuel suction
tube assembly w/ pump thoroughly from
foreign particles after making the
alterations.

Install in reverse order from the removing

Install back the fuel evaporation tube No. 2.
Install back the fuel pump tube.
Push all the way to make sure the joint clip
is locked
It will cause fuel leakage if the joint clip comes

terminal) coming from the relay
harnesss coupler to the body earth
shown in the figure

Connect the red wire (8mm round
terminal) to the positive terminal of the
battery.
Bring in the blue wire from the relay to
the interior of the vehicle.
Cover the harness with the 35.
Colgate Tube and Install at a
location where it would not gent into
contact with the V belt pulley,
moving components, and extreme
hot area. (Use 33. lock tights S).
Be careful not to make mistakes in
connecting the wire connecting to
the battery and to the body earth

Fuse Box

Attach the 27. Clutch Switch at the upper
side of the genuine computer.
Install back the engine controller computers
cover.
Change the fuse AM2 (15A to 20A) from the
fuse box locate in the engine room.
Connect the ground terminal of the battery.
Remove the EFI fuse for over 15 seconds from
the engine room fuse box; then reinstall the
fuse.
39) Make alterations (Cut the area that gets into
contact with the Compressor) to the genuine
engine cover as shown in the figure.
40) Verify if the compressors pulley clutch goes
on and off while pressing on the gas pedal
with only the ignition ON.
The clutch will activate even with the
engine OFF.
41) Start the engine and let it run in idle for 510
minutes.
