7. Drink it immediately. If you want to keep it in the refrigerator, you better keep it
in a closed container ( such as bottle) and keep it not more than 5 hours to
maintain your smoothies on its fresh condition.
8. Mix your smoothies with a little drip of citrus ( lemon or lime) to make the colour
brighter and taste fresher.
9. Better make your own smoothies. It will guarantee the hygienne, it cost less, and
you can control the composition of the ingredients by your own.
