1995 : Texall Inc. and Trichromatic Techno-Chem merged to
become Tri-Tex co inc. They decided to combine 68 years
of total experience. They now have 150 employees. A year
later, (1996), they got the ISO 9001 certication in order to
export to Europe and South America.
2001 : Tri-Tex co inc. begins construction of a new polymer
department that would include three (3) reactors for the
emulsion polymer production.
2004 : Construction division. Production of styrene-acrylic
emulsion for the construction market (coatings, ooring,
roong, cement admixture, PSA).
2005 : Adhesives division. Mainly polyvinyl acetate polymers
for woodworking, paper and textile markets.
2005 : Tri-Tex co inc. made the acquisition of the industrial
adhesive group Sealrez Inc. They have more than 14
years experience in the adhesive industry. Product lines
include hot melts, water borne, solvent based, epoxies and
polyurethanes.
2006 : Two more players joined the Tri-Tex co inc. group :
a) ISPRO with more than 25 years experience in Exterior
Insulation and Finish Systems.
b) EPOXYTECH specialized in epoxies and urethanes for
electrical, ooring, tooling and marine industries.
2010 : Tri-Tex co inc. made an other acquisition of an epoxy
ooring company with more than 40 years experience in this
eld.
2011 : Tri-Tex co inc. started a new division of concrete
admixture including hyperplasticizer from the familly of
polycarboxylate copolymer.
