PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Highly elastomeric terrace waterproofing system having
excellent flexibility that prevents peeling, fungi / algae
growth, future cracks, weathering resistance and water
seepage. Elastothane Xtra is a three-layer system to build
up of 1mm thickness.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION

Cement concrete surface should be free from dust
and loose particles. A loose particle should be
removed by washing or blown air.
In existing old terraces such as brick-bat-coba or
screeds, the substrate must be checked for its
soundness.
Damaged or hollow portions, sharp edges, etc.
must be cut and repaired with a polymer-modified
screed.
Surface cracks must be filled with Kanfill
(Acrylic flexible crack filler)

2 .APPLICATIONS.

PRIMER APPLICATION:
Mix Elastothane Xtra with water in the ratio of 1:1
by volume.

When primer coat is dry apply the first coat of
Elastothane Xtra on the entire surface, provide
scrim fabric at junction of vertical and horizontal
surfaces after one coat then apply the second
coat.
Drying time between coats will be 5-6 hrs.t or
Coating Products
Ensure that the primer and the 3 coats of
Elastothane Xtra totally achieve a minimum
thickness of 1 mm DFT. Allow the system to air
cure for 7 days minimum.

Storage Life
9 months in original unopened packaging stored in a cool,
dry place out of direct sunlight
