Having read and considered the Debtor`s Notice oI Intent to Abandon Property, no
objections having been received to the Notice oI Intent to Abandon Property, and good cause
appearing thereIore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Debtor is hereby authorize to abandon the Iollowing
property oI the estate that is described below:
A. All oI the estate`s rights, title and interest in AFE-Foothill Village LP, including the
Debtor`s 62.510 general partnership interest and 1 limited partnership interest; and
B. All oI the estate`s right, title and interest in Grove Park LLC, including but not
limited to the Debtor`s membership interest in Grove Park, LLC.
