Valid Christian!
That Is What Bi-Polar Disorder Puts Into Question
Remember Max, God is Real. That was the Legacy my dad left to me as he passed.
In the 81 years of his accumulation of riches, triumphs, failures, possessions,
ideas, and the progressions of life in which he was preview; this was his nal legacy in
which he would pass onto me.
The problem: How does a man with Bi-Polar Disorder 1 whos emotional state
sways to great extents, ghting constant chemical induced anxieties, paranoias,
emotional instabilities, and depression maintain love, faith, prayer, awareness,
recognition, and thanks in God (The works of a Christian).
Knowing God is real sometimes does not seem enough when facing Bi-Polar
disorder because anxieties pull the person from their faith not by intention but by
chemical exchange. Suddenly it becomes hard to make yourself pray, be aware of Gods
works, recognize God in your life to and for others, and give thanks in all things.
My dad being a minister had always recognized God in all endeavors, situations,
and accumulations so therefore I always was aware of God, had a relation with it, spoke
to, argued with, but nothing so much as when this nal Legacy would be passed onto
me. However, when attacks of anxiety or the more severe symptoms presented
themselves, I would fall into a unintentional, uncontrolled, self-made abyss in which I
would falter in all areas of my life.
Within these moments I would become self destructive, withdrawn, wild, mean,
scared, paranoid, shamed, feel hopeless, become incompetent, incapable, lose interest,
jobs, homes, possessions, relations, loves, friendships, respect of peers, and tear apart
my overall life and often the lives of others.
Then the Manic part would come and I would nd myself, my condence,
become empowered, charismatic, aggressive, tenacious, gain a good job, work to
rebuild relations, try to mend wounds, become empathetic, sympathetic, faithful, full of
hope, and would often build my life and the lives of others around me to great heights.
Of course then the cycle would run again and at some point the polar opposite
personality would present itself and I would loss interest and the whole cycle would run
its course and I would lose everything once more. As this would happen I would stray
from God and often nd it almost impossible to even ask God for help much less look
for it or recognize it as it was happening. During these times I would self medicate
through alcohol and of course make matters worse.
Then over the years as these cycles continued most people in which I loved
either would just give up on me or worse yet place me in a place of being considered an

unreliable relative, loved one, friend, or professional and I would feel the shame and
humiliation and of course withdraw far from the pains of shame.
Where is God in all of this? There, here, now, then, was, is, and will be. God is
the moment we exist within and we can never be separated from it. Remember: Nothing
does not exist. For within all space God Is and nothing cannot exist within something.
Its not the cycle that God is waiting to for you to break (For that to happen you
not only need the help of others but God Itself), but the moment in which you realize
that these cycles (including the inability to pray or recognize God) are too much for you
to handle by yourself and the facts that these cycles damage you, what you love, who
you love, those who love you, and the fact that these cycles are preventing you from
achieving the greatness God wants to grant you.
Of course you did not ask for these cycles, nor are they your fault or under your
control. However, there is a way.
Your choice is so simple.. Its like an arcade game. You can watch the constant
demo loop or you can insert the coins, press start, and play the game to win or loss and
if you loss you can get another coin and play again until you are winning every time.
The rst step is to press start.
In this case the game is life, the coin is God, but the start is realizing that this Bi-
Polar disorder can become an asset by realizing and accepting its reality in your life,
that its not your fault completely for the effects that these cycles have produced (needed
to overcome shame), and that you have been uncontrolled.
Bi-Polar is powerful and an asset when controlled, recognized, and focused and
it can become an asset that many do not have due to the perspectives it provides,
energy and charisma produced, and the testimonies and conrmations it provides in
your life for others.

Variety: Anyone with Bi-Polar has experienced life on both sides of life in a
multitude of aspects, talents, situations, spiritual experiences, mental states, nancial
conditions, gains and losses, relations, and so much more. therefore once balanced we
often have greatness already built within us through not only our abilities and talents but
our perspective, experiences, conrmations, and testimonies.
Have you ever noticed that most persons with Bi-Polar seem to have artistic
talents of some nature (often to great extent) and it is these arts that people around the
world seek to experience and be entertained with. Bi-Polar people are chosen by God to
possess great talents, However we that are Bi-Polar due to the cycles we experience
are withdrawn most often to our own devices and therefore nd it hard accept our
realities, make them known to others, direct others to help us when they see us getting
too far out of whack, actually seek serious professional help, psychiatric medications
(although there are many homeopathic options as well), Behavioral counseling, and
most importantly Gods help.
I have heard that life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. It
is these reactions which determine our character. Our most powerful attribute in the
universe is our ability to ask God for all things good in the name of love. That which is
God when recognized as real and ofcially contacted through prayer to any problem you
notice within its existence that is causing damage will be noted by God and It will do all
within Its power to correct anything that is a problem within Itself. Sometimes that which

we consider to be wrong is right no matter how we feel, but if it is wrong our recognition
of Gods reality makes it possible for us to communicate clearly with God and all that
God is we are and all that God has we can have as well in due time.
My faith does not falter but I often nd that Bi-Polar through anxieties will pull my
mind away from my relationship with God and I will quit praying for my/our needs (our
being my family) and I will feel as if I am failing and begin to feel not only a worsening of
anxieties but now that I am or have been an aware Christian; shame!

Shame is my true enemy. Shame says that my wrongs, faults, failures,
omissions, (reactions), etc; is pulling me from God.
Shame is the polar opposite of Pride. If you have pride then when you polarize
shame will be present. Therefore If you can destroy your pride, your shame shall
disappear as well. Can you imagine your life without shame. I promise that shame is
something that we all that ght Bi-Polar have shared.
My family sees the intensity I place in overcoming all and nding greatness in
God both for myself and others and Bam. I begin to fail or anxiety begins to press
against my faith, I recede from God, become ashamed and the pride of how it feels to
be seen one way and begin to look another which puts into question the validity of my
character pulls me truly down and suddenly I begin to cycle again.
Validity-
That is what Bi-Polar puts into question.
Can a person with Bi-Polar be a valid Christian!
Not if you allow Pride & Shame to continue.
You know God is real...
You know Prayer is your duty...
You are aware of God...
You recognize God in all things even in your darkest moments...
You give God thanks in all things..... Not if you allow Pride & Shame to continue.
How can you give God thanks for allowing you to cycle, fail, and your character
be put in question daily, monthly, or yearly?
Truth! Verity! Verily!
The Truth Will Set You Free!
Jesus preached faith, love, and hope but sent His helper the Holy Spirit of Truth for
each of us. However, the Holy Spirit of Truth can only be accessed via truth.

Pride is how you wish people to see you. Truth is who you really are! Allow
people to see you as you are. It is ok to be Bi-Polar. It is ok to let others know that you
can sway in any direction to great extent.
Your spirit and your ego are far from each other and cannot understand one
another.
Your ego is false and simply a persona of who you wish to be seen as whereas
your spirit is factual and real. However, either or can be in control via your choices.
If you allow others to see your spiritual side and true effort to obtain your true
greatness (which is constant and it is your constant that you long for) and nd a way to
do what your spirit wants which is to help others nd their reality as well, then you will
be lled with joy.
Joy- You need something constant that is recognized as such by others to feel
and know that you have validity even though your ego and emotional side faces a
disorder that causes you to behave inconsistently.
Your spirit is constant and valid, therefore you are constant and valid. Once
you live in spirit you can use your Bi-Polar ability to see many things from multiple
points and feel and understand many emotional and behavioral aspects of others much
more thoroughly than most could. You also can harness your creative talents to produce
things of interest to others than can affect them in various ways and hopefully help
others nd validity in their lives.
I wrote this for you in a time in life in which I myself was nding it hard to grasp
faith even in the light of the knowledge that God is real. Why? Pride! I failed to do what
was needed due to my anxieties and felt shame for not producing what my family and I
needed and knowing that I may not nd a way to prevent my family from enduring the
consequences I had to say this all is to great for me to handle by myself and only
through Gods grace can we manage to be extracted from our issues. I know I need
God to give me all green lights to make it on time. But I also know God can and will.
However, it is through what we give that what we gain is adjusted. Testimony and
conrmation shared is of much greater value than any other gift because when given it
cant be taken away, you lose nothing giving it and gain everything, and what is given
can be shared and each person is increased in its passing.
I have learned writing what God shares in your life and sharing those moments of
inspiration not only help others, but helps you put things in perspective and deepen your
relationship and connection with God as writing this has done for me.
If you have Bi-Polar, recognize it, accept it, share it, allow your family and friends
to help you, seek professional help, utilize homeopathic methods, but most importantly
pray, be aware of Gods works, recognize God in all things, and give thanks to God in all
things not only verbally but by letting go of your pride and shame.
You will fail many times in your efforts to become great at things. You will cycle,
there will be consequences, you are who you are, let others know and see you for who
you are and what you endure.... -Endure: Someone must know what you endure.
Let others know how Bi-Polar gives and takes from you and those around you
and how it effects you so others understand. In this understanding they can help when

you cycle, they are much less likely to let you destroy your relations with them, they are
less likely to abandon you (about to discuss), they are less likely to let your reactions
take away from your character, it is much easier for you to approach those you have
wronged and rebuild relations, and it allows people to inventory the great things about
you such as your love, talents, works, abilities, dreams, etc. So much is gained by
simply being transparent. Educate yourself and those around you so that you create a
safety net and network of people who can catch you before you begin to really come to
harm.
If someone uses your Bi-Polar against you for ill gains or refuses to accept you;
keep your distance and place your life in other places and ask God for his works.
A note: I pray you never ask God for vengeance against others. Remember: God
is meant to be a God of love. You want God to be a God of love in your life so that as
you love that which God made he may love you. I have seen the God that some have
prayed to in hatred (another form of love, indifference is actually polar opposite of love)
such as in war and the effects are dire. Gods gift is love, use it as you wish it to be used
upon you.
Bi-Polar & Abandonment:
I think abandonment is a condition in which almost anyone with Bi-Polar has faced. No
doubt that you have cycled, wronged someone, embarrassed them, humiliated them, or
caused them loss and they have simply abandoned you. Dont hate them for they dont
understand.
If it is someone you love or loved this is I am sure true and real pain that you
have endured. You love them and they see you as poison.
Of course you know that you at that point in life did not understand or recognize
your condition nor were capable of being transparent enough to accept yourself, present
yourself, and educate others to help them understand your condition and therefore ask
them for help and direction. So when you became destructive, you broke boundaries
and they left.
You must take the 2x4 out of your eye!
As you work to nd and realize validity and consistently as a Christian you will
nd yourself praying that your issues with those that have abandoned you are greater
than you can handle and that you need Gods direction and works to correct that which
is possibly wrong in His (Its) existence that has hurt you.
God will in due time correct that which is truly needed to be conditioned.
Those that have abandon loved ones often nd that their ability to abandon is a
demon in the fact that they themselves then must fear abandonment due to the fact that
it is not only real for you but them as well. Often if they nd the cause of this demon
(their abandoning you), they want to x it so that abandonment is no longer real and
their own fears may be destroyed.

Life in all aspects is much too complex for anyone to fully understand all that is
needed for Gods existence to function optimally. Therefore know you must seek help
and be humble.
Remember: Those that abandoned you often will suffer more pain over time than
you and therefore need your prayer that they can eventually reconcile with you for not
only your good but of theirs as well.
Inventory:
Many, Many programs spend a great deal of time focused on this and thats
because it is important.
People constantly are inventorying themselves and others in various ways. Of
course we that have Bi-Polar can produce inventory and then destroy it unintentionally.
There is no doubt that you need to inventory what you have, the talents you
possess, your abilities, works, actions, reactions, that which you own.... That which you
own...
Most people can easily layout what they own as far as possessions but you need
to be Bi-Polar and own both your good and bad deeds, assets, talents, abilities, etc.
Know what you have and can do but also know and own who you are, where,
you have been, what you have done (both good and bad <be truthful to yourself>, what
you are doing, what you intend to do and be.
Dream of what you want God to make you, Ask yourself who you think God
wants you to be, have, and do; set goals, work towards them, *fail forward*, be
transparent, ask God to help keep you from pride and shame, become, give, live life in
the moment with love as your motive action, and enjoy being spiritually constant and
therefore valid, great, and more capable of understanding all of lifes aspects from what
you once considered a disorder.
Remember: Those that are different than the masses are considered to have
some form of disorder. People consider the masses to be gauge of normality. Jesus was
one man who seemed to have a persona, ability, and message greater than any before.
What a disorder, syndrome, and complex.
One man with God within (we are a piece of God & God is a piece of us just as
Jesus was) who with Gods plan (Logos) found His life and messages way into the lives
of people as of now 2014 years later. Wow.
Let us be different and capable of extremes, may we through Gods grace nd
control enough that others nor ourselves are hurt by our own abilities and that our
transparent faults and assets allow for our intended spirits to show constant resolve so
that we may know validity as well as those who experience us, and that our lives
become and remain open to Gods will, that we continue to serve God in prayer, remain
aware of Its being, recognize God in all things, and give true thanks in all matters
thereby allowing God to keep us from pride and shame.
Know Grace is getting what you dont deserve & Mercy is not getting what you
deserve.
God has forgiven our sins through His sons death and resurrection. Shame is
washed away, Mercy provided, Grace given. Your Spirit Is Valid & Constant!
