6 salmon fillets
3-3 lb. beef chuck roast
3-4 lb. whole chicken
8-12 boneless, skinless
chicken thighs
2 lbs. lean ground beef
3-3 lb. pork roast of
your choice
1-2 lbs. stew meat
2 lbs. ground turkey or beef
2 lbs. flank, round or
top sirloin steak
12 slices bacon

1 lemon

sliced mushrooms

1 small red bell pepper

4 Tbsp. yellow mustard
4 Tbsp. honey
Recipe At Home:

Bacon Wrapped
Pork Chops
Place 6 boneless pork chops in a
gallon freezer bag and label Bacon-
Wrapped Pork Chops.
Label quart freezer bag Bacon-
Wrapped Pork Chops.
Remove pork chops from freezer bag.
Rub Garlic Pepper Seasoning on both
sides of chops. Wrap each chop with 2
slices bacon.
In the quart freezer bag combine:
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Juice from 20oz. can chunk pineapple.
Seal quart bag.
To your gallon freezer bag add:
20 oz. can chunk pineapple
Bacon-wrapped pork chops
Quart bag.
Reseal the large bag; freeze.
Balsamic Roast
Beef
Place 3-3 lb. beef roast in a gallon
freezer bag and label Balsamic
Roast Beef.
To your freezer bag add:
1 Tbsp. Onion Onion
TM

8 oz. tomato sauce
tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. Garlic Garlic
TM

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Reseal your bag; freeze.
Grilled Ultimate
Steak
Place 2 lbs. steak in a gallon freezer
bag and label Ultimate Steak.

To your freezer bag add:
cup oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1-2 Tbsp. Ultimate Steak

Seasoning
Reseal your bag; freeze.

Herb & Lemon
Roasted Chicken
Place 3-4 lb. cleaned whole
chicken in a gallon freezer bag and
label Herb & Lemon Roasted
Chicken.

Remove chicken from freezer bag.
Rub whole chicken with:
2 Tbsp. Rustic Herb Seasoning
2 tsp. Garlic Pepper Seasoning
Cut 1 lemon in half and place inside
chicken.
Place into bag. Reseal; freeze.
Herbed Garlic
Salmon
Place 6 salmon filets in a gallon
freezer bag and label Herbed Garlic
Salmon.
Label quart freezer bag Herbed
Garlic Salmon.
To your quart freezer bag add:
1 tsp. Garlic Garlic


1 Tbsp. honey
1Tbsp. water
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Rustic Herb Seasoning
1 tsp. Ultimate Steak

Seasoning
Seal bag.
Place quart freezer bag into larger
bag. Reseal; freeze.
Honey Mustard
Chicken Thighs
Place 8-12 boneless, skinless chicken
thighs in a gallon freezer bag and
label Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs.

To your freezer bag add:
cup Dijon mustard
cup honey
1 Tbsp. Onion Onion


1 Tbsp. Rustic Herb Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Reseal your bag; freeze.
Mustard & Honey
Dipped Meatballs
Place 2 lb. lean ground beef in a
gallon freezer bag and label
Mustard & Honey Dipped Meatballs.

Remove ground beef from freezer bag.
Combine with:
1 large egg
2 Tbsp. Onion Onion


1 Tbsp. Rustic Herb Seasoning
1 tsp. Ultimate Steak

Seasoning
Place into bag. Reseal; freeze.
Rustic Herb
Pulled Pork
Place 3-3 lb. pork roast in a gallon
freezer bag and label Rustic Herb
Pulled Pork.

To your freezer bag add:
2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 Tbsp. Rustic Herb Seasoning
2 tsp. Garlic Garlic


1 Tbsp. Onion Onion


1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. water
Reseal your bag; freeze.

Slow Cooker Beef
& Mushroom Stew
Place 1-2 lb. beef stew meat in a
gallon freezer bag and label Slow
Cooker Beef & Mushroom Stew.
Place 1-1 lb. peeled, chopped
sweet potatoes into a quart freezer
bag and label Slow Cooker Beef &
Mushroom Stew.

To your gallon freezer bag add:
6-8 oz. pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms
6-8 oz. pkg. fresh whole baby
mushrooms
1 tsp. Garlic Garlic


2 Tbsp. Onion Onion


1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Rustic Herb Seasoning
cup water
Seal.
Place quart freezer bag and gallon
freezer bag inside another gallon
freezer bag.
Seal; freeze.
Turkey Meatloaf
with Pineapple
Glaze
Place 2 lbs. ground turkey and 1
finely chopped red bell pepper in a
gallon freezer bag and label Turkey
Meatloaf with Pineapple Glaze.
Label quart freezer bag Pineapple
Glaze.

Remove ground turkey and red bell
pepper from freezer bag. Combine
with:
1 Tbsp. Onion Onion


1 tsp. Garlic Garlic


1 tsp. Rustic Herb Seasoning
2 eggs.
Return to gallon freezer bag.
To quart freezer bag add:
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce or coconut aminos
tsp. Garlic Garlic


8 oz. tomato sauce.
Seal.
Place quart freezer bag inside gallon
freezer bag. Reseal; freeze.
