Hello John

Generally public buildings do not have to display EPC's but they have to display a DEC (Display Energy
Certificate). I'd ask your college administrator as this is required by law so I'm sure they have it
somewhere.

Perhaps you dont mind if I ask you as professional, under what circumstances
a huge public building like a College would have an energy survey already registered
in NDEPC office, but the building is not displaying EPC.
Are Colleges excluded from EPC public display as potential source of discrimination
when students choosing learning centre?
Or is it just that some one else is carrying out the survey without telling CONEL?

Not at all, I'm glad you were able to find us.

Our software does not produce EPC's however - it goes far beyond simple benchmarking and instead
roadmaps your energy efficiency project by showing you the effects of specific product being implemented
into a building.

If you would like any further information I'd be happy to supply you with it.
