My name is SIVA. I'm from chittoor. I have completed my B-Tech in electronics
and communications with 73% from JNTU, Ananthapur. I completed intermediate
with 73% in Sri Chaitanya Jr. College and SSC with 86% in Govt. High School. I'm
born and brought up in my village. Currently I'm working as Junior Lecturer in a
junior college.
My strength is hard working, positive thinking, can adjust in any kind of
atmosphere, good listener, quick learner. My best strength is I never neglect the
opportunity which helps to improve my knowledge.

My weakness is I never feel comfort until finish my work
I've completed my schooling from st. Xaviers hr sec school with 87%. And I have
done my higher secondary education from st. Xaviers hr sec school with77% and
now I'M a final year B-Tech student in ranganathan engineering college in the
stream of Information technology, with an aggregate of 81%
1.My best strength is my self-confidence, self-motivation, positive attitude and
punctuality.
2. My strengths are, I can accommodate with any situation, and polite in nature. I
won't sit in my failure, I will recover soon and learn from it
My weakness is "I feel uncomfortable when I didn't finish my work in a given
time".
As a fresher I would like to get placed in a company where I can apply my
knowledge and skills practically. I mainly focus on my interests and always try to
find a right way to reach my goal.
I can show my best in which I am interested and I am really interested in doing a
IT job. So, I think this is the best opportunity for me.
About My Family, we are four. My father is a Farmer and My mother is Home
maker. My younger Sister is doing B.Sc.
My short term goal is I want to get placed in a reputed organization where I can
upgrade and enhance my skills.
My long term goal is " I want to see my self as more responsible and
knowledgeable person than what I'm today"

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CONFIDENCE AND OVER CONFIDENCE
Knowing your abilities is confidence and thinking you are the only capable person
is over confidence.
Let me quote an example
Suppose i wrote exam very well.... if someone asks me how the exam was then if i
say i will get 90% for sure...its confidence because you know how u wrote
But if i say i get top in the class or college..... then its over confidence because i
dont know how the rest of the college wrote the exam. may be some one in the
class is better student than me....

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HARDWORK AND SMARTWORK
wants to give an example regarding hardwork and smartwork.
Once there was an old man in a village he said to his two sons that you have to
cut the jungle of trees.
The old man give two axes to his sons.
1st son takes his axe and starts to cut all these trees, and this task takes 3 hours
to complete.
2nd son takes his axe and starts to cut trees but he use to sharpen his axe after
using his axe for 10 minutes, and he takes 1. 30 hours complete the task (smart
work).
2nd son does his work smartly.
Friends, I think this story help you a lot is determining difference between
smartwork and hardwork
Smart work is applying your knowledge and information at the right place and
right place.
Hard work is backbone of smart work which is gather the right information and
knowledge to apply at the right time.
So knowing your abilities is confidence and thinking you are the only capable
person is over confidence
