1.0 The min & max DC voltage is based on
manufacturer's design feature which varies
from manufacturer to manufacturer & can not
be changed
Noted. However the same shall be mentioned in the
document.
Noted & Mentioned.
2.0 Noted & battery sizing calculations is revised
considering various sizing factors like Ageing,
Design Margin, Temp derating factor (for 25
deg C minm temp) & State of Charge Factor.
1. Battery sizing shall be done considering minimum
ambient temperature i.e 10.9 deg. C as per contract
(Refer Section B, Cl. No. 9.1).
UML to confirm & revise the calculations accordingly.
2. UML shall clarify the basis of selecting the SOC to
be 0.95.
1.Noted & Battery sizing
calculations revised
considering minimum
ambient temperature i.e
10.9 deg. C
2. SOC seletion chart is
attached for your
reference.As per chart,
for 1.59V Battery
voltage/cell, SOC shall be
1.0.Battery sizing
calculation is revised
accordingly.
3.0 Noted & Catalogue attached. Noted. However,
1. HBL's NCPP single cells are available in three types
designated KPH, KPM & KPL based on performance
characteristics. UML to clarify the basis of selecting
the KPH cell type.
2. Idc is coming out to be 39 Amp from calculation.
As per catalogue the model no. selected has the
current rating of 39.1 Amps.
UML shall consider proper margin in the selected
cells.
1. As per manufacturer
standard KPH type cell
shall be used for 60
minutes back-up.Based
on same KPH type cells
are selected.
2. Please note that all
the factors & margins are
already considered in
Battery sizing.
