Every employee of your company will get a unique user id and password and they can log in
to see the following details from any part of India:

Employee Login Features

1. Employee Dashboard- Employees can view HR manuals, company policies, links to intranet
sites, induction presentations or any other documents that the employer wants them to see. This
obviates the need to send frequent mails to employees.

2. Employee's Profile- Employees can view their personal details, contact details, official details,
PF & ESI details, salary details, etc.
3. Leave Management- Employees can apply for leaves online, view their leave approval /
rejection status and the number of leaves earned, utilized, balance during the year.
4. IT Computation- Employees can submit their IT declarations online at the beginning of the year
and compare their planned Vs actuals at the end of the year. They can plan their taxes on their
own and know relevant tax deductions for each plan. They can scan and attach relevant
documents.
5. Reimbursements- Employees can claim all payroll and non-payroll related reimbursements
online which can be approved by their managers. They can view the details of total
reimbursements taken during the year.
6. Pay slips- Employees can view, print or mail their pay slips online with additional details of
leaves, bank account, date of joining, designation, no of days worked and PF number.
7. Compensatory Leave- Employees who have worked on any holiday or a weekend can claim a
compensatory leave in future so that his main leave balance does not get deducted while taking
leaves.
8. Holiday List- The employees can view the list of holidays declared by the company for the
financial year.
9. Loan- The employees can view all the details of loans online like status of loan, EMI, loan taken,
amount paid, balance due, etc.
10. Help Desk- In case of any queries, employees can send mails to the support team, a copy of
which would be marked to the HR of the company. Employees can view the status of their query.

leave details of employees like number of leaves accumulated, taken or remaining during the year.
4. Attendance- Automatic import of attendance from any attendance management system directly
into the software. No manual intervention required at all. Excel import option also available.
5. Reimbursements: Workflow enabled payroll and non-payroll related reimbursements. They can
view the details of total reimbursements taken during the year.
6. Dashboards- View customizable dashboards containing information in a nutshell like current
head count, new joiners in current month/year, resignations in current month/year, last month

7. Full and Final Settlement- Prepare full and final settlement for resigned employees with option

Note:

1. All prices quoted in the proposal are exclusive of service tax.
2. This contract is valid for a period of 3 years with an effective 10% hike after completion of each
year.
3. This proposal is for only one legal entity.



Terms & Conditions

The fee mentioned in the proposal above is valid only for 1 company. In case of multiple
companies or multiple legal entities of a company, the above mentioned price will be applicable to
all the additional companies / legal entities separately.
This proposal covers the data uploading of only financial year 2013-14. If Triangle Global wants
the data of financial years prior to 2013-14 like 2009-10 or 2010-11 to be uploaded in Paybooks,
there would be an additional fee (one time only) for bringing past months data online in payroll
software which would be estimated after checking the status of Triangle Global data. Generally it
is Rs.1000 for one month data.
This proposal does not cover the cost of automatic integration of our payroll software with access
control/biometric device. The cost of integration will be provided after understanding the accurate
requirements and estimating the time and effort required from Paybooks.
This proposal is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
Triangle Global will pay implementation fee or customization fee in advance irrespective of the
type of service chosen.
Triangle Global will pay quarterly advance payment for payroll software subscription services.
A mutually agreeable fee for customization if any, would be charged after due assessment of the
customization requirements.
Representation before any statutory authorities for handling any scrutiny, assessments is not
covered in this proposal.
A maximum space of 2 GB per company would be provided free of cost. Any additional space
beyond 2 GB would be charged at an additional price.
Audits and other certification work is not part of this proposal.
