1)Spanish salad for lunch: Salad with gula and avocado
4 avocados, 4 tomatoes, 200 gr gulas, 200 gr. Smoked salmon cutted in pieces, olive oil, lemon juice, salt. Decorated as you please! 2)Italian healthy food for lunch also: Integral pasta (fusilli, spaghetti, linguine, rigatoni, orecchiette, tortellini, farfalle, penne, bucatini), tomatoes, olive oil, salt, garlic, basil, parmigiano, olives, capers
3)Cold soup for Latvia:
Kefir, beets, eggs, sausage, cucumber, radish, onion springs, dill
4)Romanian healthy food for dinner: Fish( Pastrav) filled with mushrooms baked in owen. We should use 2 fishes, half of kilo of mushrooms. Pofta buna!!

5)Romanian suggestion: Broccoli Salad for lunch Ingredients: Broccoli and coli floor ( conopida), tuna, olives and olive oil, tomatoes, oregano and basil, carrots We have to boil broccoli, coli floor and carrots. Then we make a salad with it and tuna, olives, tomatoes and carrots. Then we add a dressing of olive oil, oregano and basil and a little bit of lemon.
6) Gazpacho: Traditional Spanish soup available every hour of a day like an aperitif
Is a soup of vegetables from Andalucia, Spain. To prepare it you have to use 4 tomatoes, 1 piece of bread melted in water, 1 cucumber, 1 green pepper, 100 grams of onions, 1 garlic, 3 spoons of olive oil, 6 spoons of vinagre, 1 spoon of salt. Everything blended!! Reaaaady!!

For this one we should use eggs, onion, tomatoes, pepper, oil and salt. Fry them in this order and after that add the eggs.
8) Romanian Spring Salad with fresh vegetables of the season from traditional producers
Its a very healthy mix of fresh vegetables that we have in spring. You have to put some tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, salt and vinaigrette or lemon. Is easy to cook it and very healthy.
9) Turkish KEBAB:
For this traditional plate we have to use cow meat, tomatoes and pepper. We can complete this tasty plate with some Ayran drinking. Preparation: Take the liver of a cow. Cut it into very small pieces with a big knife. Add some boiled rice and add it to the composition with spices. Barbeque them and serve it with vegetables.
10) Spanish traditional food: Paella

12) Original Romanian receipt without food, but very good thoughts for all day: Recipe for a happy life First step of preparing this dish starts with an nergetic phrase. Wake up and repeat after me What a beautiful life/morning. Start up the music that you like and start singing what they put on the radio. Take breakfast. Use your bicycle to go to school or to work. Smile to your colleagues. In your break disconnect from your working tasks. Respect your working program. Meet your friends after work. Pray at night and think about your day.

1. Identify good posture. Good posture is nothing more than keeping your body in alignment. Good posture while standing is a straight back, squared shoulders, chin up, chest out, stomach in. If you can draw a straight line from your earlobe through your shoulder, hip, knee, to the middle of your ankleyou've got it. To find yours:
o Using a mirror, align your ears, shoulders, and hips. Proper alignment places your ears loosely above your shoulders and above your hips. Again, these points make a straight line, but the spine itself curves in a slight 'S'. You'll find that this doesn't hurt at all. If you do experience pain, look at your side view in a mirror to see if you're forcing your back into an unnatural position. If you do not have pain, then posture should not be altered, because this could cause other problems. o The spine has two natural curves that you need to maintain called the 'double C' or 'S' curves. These curves of the back are also called lordotic and kyphotic. A lordotic curve is a cure in the lumbar spine, and when there is a increases angle this is called lordosis of the lumbar spine.A kyphotic curve is present in the thoracic spine, but when this cure exceeds 50 degrees it is called kyphosis of the thoracic spine.These are the curves found from the base of your head to your shoulders and the curve from the upper back to the base of the spine. When standing straight up, make sure that your weight is evenly distributed on your feet. You might feel like you are leaning forward, and you may even feel you look odd, but you don't.
