Expected outcomes in the forum: 1. Watch the videos: The World in 2050 - Future study presented by Frank Appel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DznOBC5v0KM Digital World in 2050 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msJ0ubFlasE Record two comments using SVRecorder program, one comment about each one of the videos (the recording must have from 1 to 2 minutes). Listen to your peers contributions and make two comments about them. Final outcome: An interview with a tutor via Skype. The student should interact with his/her tutor in the same way he/she would do in the real life. The interview will be developed about the topic: How our country will be in 2050.
Example of the interview: Topic 1 A: Tell me Leonardo, what do you think, what will the world look like in 50 years? B: I think the worlds population will reach 9 billion in 2064. The overpopulation will affect mostly the developing world, as it always does. The challenge of feeding such a rapidly growing population will be aggravated by climate change. A: Do you think the world will be warmer in 2064 than today? B: Yes, I think the global warming will increase in the future and natural resources, such as clean water, will run out. But there will be some positive aspects in the future too; some technical advances will be also reached. In my opinion, NASA will organize an expedition to Mars within 50 years and the computers will achieve human capabilities.
