Using the testing of a specific building for corporate strategic dissemination and R&D activities
LYSTRUP is a pilot experience for Aarhus Kommune refurbishment policy, any unreported/undetected failures/errors need to be identified to
prevent erroneous measurements while conducting tests in heating season.

Extract from the Energy certificate for LYSTRUP: On the basis of the
inspection assesses energy consultant that designs and
installations, which are important for building energy differs from
the building permit.
The estimated energy consumption is 52.51 kWh / m year which is
lower than the 38.30 kWh / m year, as specified in the building
permit. The difference is so limited to the building's consumption
anyway meet building regulations covering energy framework, as
envisaged in building permit.
