Ensure counselors implement daily activities. Ensure safety of campers in the daily camp

In this role, I implemented a job costing and project reconciliation procedure. This required setting
protocols while holding other employees and co-workers accountable to provide the proper
documentation. I managed to do so with little conflict in order to maintain a teamwork environment in
which every person would understand the implications of their work ethic or potential lack of
understanding of the roles in which their fellow employees maintain.

Outside sales representative - Monarch Door
Outside Sales, responsibilities included; generating sales leads through creative selling techniques while
managing projects and sales resulting from them. Some sales were generated by means of marketing
and trade shows while most were self-generated and word of mouth. I was a leader and example in
capitalizing on the recourses available to market to customers. Consulted customers on garage door
options to ensure efficient bid to close of sale ratios.

Warehouse Manager - Monarch Door
As the Warehouse Manager, I was responsible for maintaining inventory and warehouse costs. There I
developed a standardized inventory control system. This included coding as well as re-vamping of the
warehouse layout for efficiency. I supervised warehouse employees, sub-contracted employees, as well
as delegating temporary workers as needed. I accurately prepared work orders dispatching sub-
contracted installers for each work order. Confirming customers for install or repair and coordinating
with installers, was a daily. For shipping and receiving, I developed a tracking system, which reduced
inventory shrinkage. By implementing specific project controls, I developed a job project staging
protocol for staging jobs in advance with job specific materials accounted for in order to complete the
project quickly and accurately.
