Oats for Our Health
Oat nowadays considered as a healthy breakfast options for most people especially
those who are sick. Oats grain is prepared with different processes, for example, stripping,
cleaning, cutting, and pounding. The outer layer of the grain called oatbran cereal oats, which
is the best source of indigestible fiber for humans. The fibers on the oatbran proven
cholesterol can bind to and remove it from the body. There are several types of oats that we
can know such as rollled oats, quick oats, scotch oats, instant oats, and whole oats. Instant
oats most used because Other oats take longer amounts of time to cook.
Oats are a good source for protein, calcium, fiber, vitamin E,vitamin B5, Magnesium,
iron, phosporus, manganes, and folic acid, among many other nutritional benefits.oats also
can be consumed by all of ages from infant to adults. There are many benefits of oats to keep
our health. The benefits of oats such as low calories and removes your bad
cholesterol, provides high levels of fiber, low levels of fat, and high levels of protein, oats
help the use of laxatives, stabilizes blood sugar and reduces risk of type 2 diabetes, oats
contains lignans which protect against heart disease and cancer, contains
unique antioxidants beneficial for heart disease, protects against heart failure, and many
more. There is a fact that many people have not known that oats is also good for our skin
health, because it can cure acnes, freshen dry skin from iritation, to relax our body and to
cleanse our skin face.
Oats tend to easy to be processed you can even cook it by yourself if you want,
because it would be more assured and hygienic . Oats can be processed with various extra
ingredients such as fruits, meat, and many more. Oats also can be processed in many different
kinds such as porridge, soup, nugget, cookies, and cake.
From the ebolaration above, we can conclude that oats is a very good food to protect
some vital organs in our body and also one of a low risk recovery therapy. Oats is easy to get
you can even make it to be a meal that you like by adding some extra ingredents. There are
many benefits that contain in a package of oats. Oats can be consumed by various age and it
also harmless for our body. So, it would be a very good beginning in our day if we start
consuming oats for our breakfast.
