KEPUASAN PASIEN DI RUMAH SAKIT MUHAMMADIYAH SURABAYA

Tenaga perawat merupakan tenaga yang paling banyak berinteraksi dengan pasien, sehingga cenderung mengamati hal yang dilakukan perawat namun sebagian besar perawat belum dapat berkomunikasi asertif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui hubungan komunikasi asertif perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Analitik corelasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Tekhnik sampling menggunakan aksidental sampling, terdiri dari 36 responden, diambil sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah komunikasi asertif perawat dan variable dependen adalah tingkat kepuasan pasien. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar kuisioner. Analisisa data menggunakan uji statistic spearman rank rho, nilai = 0,018 = 0,05 berarti ada hubungan komunikasi asertif dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.0 Dengan demikian disimpulkan ada hubungan komunikasi asertif dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Untuk itu diharapkan untuk setiap perawat agar berkomunikasi asertif karena dengan demikian dapat menigkatkan tingkat kepuasan pasien

ASSERTIVE HUBUNGANKOMUNIKASI NURSE PATIENT SATISFACTION WITH HOSPITAL IN SURABAYA MUHAMMADIYAH

Nurses are the most energy interacts with the patient, so that things do tend to observe nurses but most nurses have not been able to communicate assertively.Knowing the purpose of this study is assertive communication link nurses with patient satisfaction This study uses corelasional Analytical design with cross sectional approach. Sampling techniques using accidental sampling, consisting of 36 respondents, taken in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The independent variable of this study is assertive communication nurse and the dependent variable is the level of patient satisfaction. Data were collected using a questionnaire sheet. Analisisa data using Spearman rank rho statistical test, the value of = 0.018 = 0, 05 means there are assertive communication relationship with the level of patient satisfaction by using SPSS 16.0 Thus concluded assertive communication relationship with the level of patient satisfaction. For that is expected for each nurse to communicate assertively because thereby improving patient satisfaction levels

Staff nurses are the most contact and interact with patients, but nurses can not give satisfaction to the patient because not a lot of nurses who can communicate assertively. Objective: To determine the relationship assertive communication nurse with patient satisfaction levels. This study uses corelasional Analytical design with cross sectional approach in patients in RS.Muhammadiyah Surabaya. The sample was selected using accidental sampling, consisted of 36 respondents, taken in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The independent variable of this study is assertive communication nurse and the dependent variable is the level of patient satisfaction. Data were collected using a questionnaire sheet. The analysis of data using statistical test Spearman rho rank the value of > 0.018 p = 0.018 means that there are assertive communication relationship with the level of patient satisfaction by using SPSS 16.0 By knowing the conditions above, we conclude that the nurses assertive communication affect the level of patient satisfaction in hospitals. For that is expected for each nurse to communicate assertively because thereby improving the level of patient satisfaction
