HOW DOES THE BUSINESS PRODUCE THEIR
GOODS/SERVICE IN GENERAL
Input : two different ingredients which is
collected from indonesia and imported from
japan are collected
Process : those ingredients were put in
production house and packed in the form of
instant food like instants noodles, which will be
supplied to every branch of the company
Output : those things, will be cook into ramen
and other japanese foods.
WHAT ARE THE PROCESSES INVOLVED IN
PRODUCING THE GOODS/SERVICE READY
FOR CONSUMPTION
Based on our observation there are 3 main steps
that the owner do for the restaurant



Producing
Marketing
Serving
Make the noodle by his factory,import some
ingredients
The owner use social media for the marketing such
as, Instagram,twitter,website
The owner concern about the face of the food,make a
comfort restaurant,etc
WHAT ARE THE PROCESSES INVOLVED IN
MARKETING THE PRODUCT/SERVICE
In this case we use RIGHT PEOPLE concept
GETTING
The owner produce his own noodle by his factory at Jl.Tubagus
Ismail and import some ingredient to make an authentic taste
TO
The ramen will buy by the students around the restaurant location
and other people
AT
The location of the restaurant is really strategic at Jalan Juanda next
to McD Simpang dago. The price is really affordable .
USING
The owner use social media to advertise the retaurant. Such as,
twitter , Ig and website


BUSINESS TARGET MARKET
AND WHY
The restaurant target markets are for students around
the restaurant location like, the student from
ITB,UNPAD,UNIKOM ,ITHB etc. The price of the
meals are really affordable for students. This is why,
the owner make the restaurant really cozy and
comfortable so, the customers can come and have a
great discussion with his or her friends and family
in the restaurant.
Recommendation
We think Mr.Satriya should make a
marketing division so,he can focus to
advertise the restaurant.
