Manuscript submissions for the 31
st
Physics Congress of the Samahang Pisika ng Pilipinas may now be done online via
the Paperview system. You may log in at http://paperview.spp-online.org/spp2013/login. If you forgot your password, it
may be retrieved by entering the email address associated with your Paperview account on this page:

Manuscript Submission
We encourage Authors to submit their manuscripts ahead of the deadline (August 1, 2013) to facilitate a timely
manuscript review. Templates for the 4-page manuscript (.doc, .odt, .tex) may be downloaded from Paperview. Register
and submit your manuscript here http://paperview.spp-online.org/spp2013/home/start

Peer review
A submitted manuscript will be considered for publication in the SPP Congress Proceedings only if it contains novel
creative research work and/or important information not previously published. To ensure the quality of
publications, each manuscript whether contributed, an invited talk, or a workshop tutorial, will receive anonymous peer
review by at least 2 reviewers who are scientists or engineers knowledgeable in the field covered by the manuscript.

Acceptance and Revisions
All authors (oral, poster, invited talk, workshop) are expected to submit a 4-page manuscript of their revised accepted
papers on or before the deadline (September 8, 2013).
