;hereas the terms &;':/ and T:')'T shall mean and include their
res6ecti<e heirs* legal re6resentati<es* administrators* eexecutors and assigns#

descried hereunder and where as the owner is willing to let-out this said house to
the T:')'T on rental asis for a monthly rent of /s# 8000+- (/u6ees 'ine Thousand
&nly) and whereas T:')'T is willing to ta=e the said house and agreeing to 6ay the
rent to the owner on or efore 7th of e<ery english calender month and the rent is
re<isale after 11 months#
The rent executed is for a 6eriod of 11 (:le<en) months e>ecti<e from 07-07-
2014 whereas the T:')'T has 6aid an interest free ad<ance of /s# 80*000+- (/u6ees
'inety Thousand &nly) which has een recei6ted y the &;':/ se6erately# The
ad<ance amount is refundale to the T:')'T on <acation of the house in good and
tenantale condition#
;hereas the T:')'T shall not su-let+under-let the house to any 6erson
without the written 6ermission from the &;':/# %n case T:')'T does not 6ay said
rent to the &;':/ continuously for three months* the &;':/ is at lierty to e<ict
the T:')'T from the 6remises#
;hereas the T:')'T agree to 6ay the electricity and water charges to the
concerned authority 6rom6tly and ensure the continuityof the su66ly connections#

of this rent agrement#
