The membershi- of the society is o-en to any -erson or -ersons /ho
has attained the age of ma<ority and fulfills the terms and conditions of the
society /ithout discrimination of the religion. caste. colour or creed but
sub<ect to the a--roval of the $overning ody! If the membershi- is refused
to a certain -erson or -ersons the reason of refusal shall be commentated to
the concerned -erson!

:i; The admission fees /ill be Rs!11000, at the time of admission!
:ii; The life member shall -ay the amount of Rs!7.1000, in lum-,sum to
the society and /ill be entitled to caste the vote!
:iii; The 'onCble +embers /ill -ay Rs!1000, -er year but /ill not be
entitled to caste the vote!
:iv; Any office bearer or member of the society /ill have to -ay the life

The reason of termination of the membershi- shall be communicated

All the a--eals should be referred to the $eneral ody of the Society! The
decision of the $eneral ody shall be final! The reason of re<ection shall be

Any amendment in the +emorandum of Association and Rules and
Regulations of Society /ill be carried out in accordance /ith section 11 and

10! ALTERATIONS3 E4TENTION OR A(RIDGEMENT*
The $overning ody. /hen deems it advisable to alter. e@tend or abridge or
to amalgamates such society. may submit the -ro-osition to the members in
a /ritten or -rinted re-ort and may convene a s-ecial meeting. for /hich 10
days notice is necessary! The -ro-osition shall have effect only if it is
agreed to by the votes of three fifth of the members delivered in -erson or by
-ro@y and confirmed by the votes of three fifths of the members -resent at a

Any <udgment of the court shall be recovered against the -ro-erty of the
Association only and not against the -ro-erty movable or immovable of a

Once in every year a list of the office bearers and members of the
$overning body shall be filed /ith the Registrar of Societies. %elhi

If the Society need to be dissolved it shall be dissolved as -er -rovisions
