Once after the project is finalized:

For setting up a 1 MW Solar Power Plant, it costs around INR 7 to 10 Cr.
(Approx.) [Land Costs are variable].
Our Services can be availed through 2 options:

Option:
We charge 5% of total project cost.
Out-of the pocket expenses will be billed on actual basis and paid
monthly.(On advance basis)
Travelling expenses have to be borne by the client and the means of
travelling will be done through A/c Volvo or by 2
nd
Class A/c Train.
The boarding and lodging expenses also have to be borne by the client. The
stay for the PRC team should be arranged in a 3-star hotel. If that is not
feasible an A/c roomshould be provided.
Cost parameters
The payment [5% of total project cost] should be made in four phases:
10% should be given in advance (kick off of the project)
20% after the feasibility study is done
30% before execution of the EPC
40% at the time of handing over of the plant

Option:
We charge 7 Cr for an On-grid Project and 6 Cr for an Off-grid Project
exclusive of Land Costs.
If loan should be procured, an additional 15% is charged (out of office
expense) on the total Loan Amount.
This charge includes every amount from commissioning to operation of
the plant.

20% should be given in advance
10% after the feasibility report is done
50% before execution of EPC
20% after the delivery of the project
