This promotes productive relationships by assuming personal responsibility for productive relationships, socializing, aligning individuals around a shared purpose, building trust and developing a collaborative mindset. Successful teamwork through an individualized socialization can be achieved more easily than an institutionalized socialization. Institutionalized socialization consists of collective, formal, sequential, fixed, serial, and investiture tactics. Whereas, individualized socialization consists of individual, informal, random, variable, disjunctive, and divestiture tactics which help to create free and innovative approach towards organizational tasks. I ndividualized socialization encourages newcomers to reflect their authentic best selves on the job. Authentic self-expression at work is to help them identity and leverage their best selves, or who they are when they are at their best. At early pivotal stages in relationship development with team members in organization, individual react positively when an employer encourages them to represent themselves along the lines of their authentic best selves. This encouragement leads to greater feelings of connection with colleagues and more positive reactions to the employment relationship. And because individual feel they are using their signature strengths at work, they experience greater satisfaction, lower stress and less emotional burnout which lead to a better corporation with members and willingness to perform better in a team. Conclusion: Individual socialization can be concluded as a positive psychology which suggests that organization invests more on personal identities which lead to individuals to use more energy in their work and put efforts to reach goals together as a team. On the other hand, individuals who alter or mute their unique values or perspectives in order to fit into organizations dominant culture create a sense of alienation for themselves and must divert cognitive resources to cope with identity conflict.
