New Knit Textiles Problems:

1. There is some missing Employee.

Ans : Power supply is so important for production so it will have another sources for better production.
Ie: supply current, Diesel Engine etc.

Ans: Marketing department need some step to inform buyer.

Ans: New factory will have more order for more machine, order is important thing for more machine.
7. Departmental basic Requirement full fill is so late.
Ans: It is hamper for production, it is management problem. So it is most important fill departmental
requirement.

Ans : Higher authority must see the work pressure is where? Quickly fill the worker where need.

Ans: Punishment is require for smart production, But it is big mistake for authority, punishment is so big.

10. Payment of employee is late sometime is so late.
Ans: Payment is most important factor in a factory. Employee work for money so late payment is bad
thing. Employee work with attention when they are satisfied payment method.
