page.

Application Send `100/- by Postal Order or DD to obtain Master Brochure
by registered post. These can also be collected locally from Project
Directors office or from HQ AWHO New Delhi on cash payment of `50/-.
Form can also be downloaded from our website www.awhosena.in in which
case applicants will have to remit `100/- extra by demand draft/ postal order
while sending their application against which the Master Brochure will be
despatched to them.

Eligibility (i) Retired/Serving Army Personnel & their widows and also
Parents of Fatal Battle Casualties are eligible to apply.
(ii) Owners/Allottees who have disposed off their initially allotted DU and
10 years having lapsed from the date of its possession are eligible to apply
for a DU/Plot by AWHO in any new scheme under priority-I.
(iii) Owners/Allottees who are still holding the DU or have sold the DU but
not completed 10 years of possession, can also apply for schemes open as
addl/second DU under Priority-II.
(iv) Existing waitlisted registrant of Spot/Annual/Turn Key Schemes (not
owners/allottees of any project) may register for one more scheme
simultaneously under SS/AR/TK and more than one scheme under Demand
Survey. However, on allotment, the other registrations be treated as
cancelled unless open for second DU (addl) on priority-II. Separate
applications, Demand Drafts & supporting documents are required to be
forwarded for each scheme.

for Annual Registration or Demand Survey may opt for the above mentioned mode
of payment. They must attach transaction details with their application form.

(ii) DXA, EA & SDA (3 Bedrooms) - ` 20,000/-
