SAP Generalist/Administrator.

NN, Inc. is an independent global manufacturer offering a comprehensive product line
of high-quality precision bearing components, industrial plastic and rubber products
and precision metal components to a variety of markets, including the automotive
industry, original equipment manufacturers, HVAC, heavy equipment and many other
markets.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate with diverse IT skills and
interests to contribute toward the goals of NNs global IT team. NN, Inc. is embarking
on an ambitious implementation of SAP on HANA, including BI, BPC and Shared
Services through ECC (initially A/R and A/P). Experience with SAP is necessary, but
we are also looking for wide-ranging experience in data acquisition, networking and
general IT/MIS skills. Must be open to future career development opportunities within
NN, Inc. business unit locations, and excellent customer service skills are a must.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
SAP:
Administer SAP permissions
Assist in training users and helping with general service requests
Help in analyzing user needs and assisting in the creation of dashboards, KPI and
other reporting using the SAP BI tools
Maintain and create customer/vendor portals as necessary

General Duties:
Assist in migration of data from disparate systems
Monitor inputs/outputs from disparate systems to and from SAP; report and correct
errors in data mapping, ensuring data quality
Produce reports using native SAP tools
Assist in the development of dashboards for key performance indicators

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline
Minimum of five years general IT/MIS experience, three years experience with
SAP/BI/BPC
Understand complex relational databases
Possess a working knowledge of SQL queries on multiple databases, such as Oracle
and SQL Server
Working knowledge of business intelligence tools a plus, specifically SAP tools
Knowledge of A/R, A/P, G/L and Supply Chain processes is desirable
