Subject: Adina Lundquist, Recommendation on Job Performance

To Whom It May Concern:
Adina Richardson served as an Intern in Marketing Communications at AFL from January 2014 through July 2014.
Adinas internship was scheduled to conclude in May, but because of her significant contributions, we elected to
extend her internship, and we have plans now to use Adina for contract work as needs dictate. Id like to share a
little about Adinas work at AFL.
First, Adina very rapidly contributed to a wide variety of Marketing Communications projects. Shes adaptable
and smart, and picks up projects and new skills very quickly. Additionally, Adina has an incredible can-do work
ethic, and she works very well in a team environment.
Shortly after joining the AFL team, we learned that Adina had excellent videography skills. Working in close
collaboration with our Interactive Video Specialist, Adina assumed responsibility for new videos of AFL interns
and co-ops. Four of these videos, used for recruiting new students, are featured on AFLs website at:

Adina also worked on a variety of projects specific to AFLs 30
th
anniversary. Working with our Interactive
Manager and Marketing Communications Specialist, Adina researched and developed the content (writing and
visuals) for this new timeline of AFLs history: http://www.aflglobal.com/Company/Company-Profile/AFL-
Timeline.aspx. In addition, she created two documentaries highlighting important events in our companys
history for internal use.
Last, Adina coordinated and assisted with several of AFLs community projects. Most notably, she worked on our
2014 United Way campaign and offered many ideas that contributed to the campaigns success (a 25% increase
in associate giving over 2013).
During my personal tenure at AFL spanning four years, we have had numerous interns in our group, and Adina
certainly stands out as one of our best. She is driven and intelligent, and exhibits tremendous maturity and
ownership of her projects. She is determined to produce outstanding work on every project. If you are
