As of 7AM today, Sept. 16, 2014; The following barangays are flooded:
1. Manguin
2. Salisay
3. Herrero-Perez
4. Pogo Grande
5. Pogo Chico
6. Lasip Grande
7. Malued
8. Bacayao Sur
9. Bacayao Norte

Since the Municipalities of Calasiao and Sta. Barbara, along with the abovementioned
Dagupan barangays are now flooded; the flood water will then find its way out to the
Lingayen Gulf. We have to be able to notify the following BDRRMCs to prepare and
continuously monitor low lying areas in their vicinity:

-Pantal, Poblacion Oeste, Brgy. I, Brgy II& III, Calmay, Lasip Chico, Caranglaan &
Mayombo.

Wed also recommend that WASAR teams and equipment be made ready should
there be an abrupt rise of flood water elsewhere.

Water level in Mariposa Bridge in Old De Venecia Highway & Pantal River (Magsaysay
Bridge) should also be closely monitored.

Strong to gale force wind is expected to affect the Northern and Western seaboards of Luzon.
Fishing boats and other small seacrafts are advised not to venture out into the sea while larger sea vessels are alerted
against big waves.
The next update will be issued at 5:00 p.m. today.

*Evacuation efforts still ongoing. Number of evacuees will be
consolidated in the afternoon report.
BDRRMCs, PNP-DCPS and CDRRMC are working together in the
evacuation of affected families.

CSWD and CHO personnel are manning the evacuation center. Hot
meals and basic provisions are provided for the evacuees.
