Throughout the world, anything can happen under any circumstances.

There are
situations and cases of all types under any circumstances that it is hard to make an
official rule that can be applicable to all. This explains why there has been various
changes, additions and re-evaluations of the U.S Constitution and it's amendments. I
believe that there should be exceptions when it comes to these kind of rules so that it
can be more applicable and serve for the benefit of all.
The Founding Fathers of America decided to set up a stable foundation for the new
U.S government and did so by establishing the U.S Constitution. When writing it, they
were not aware of how many aspects of America would transform throughout the years.
Without that in mind, the Founding Fathers wrote the U.S Constitution that was mostly
applicable to their circumstances during that time. But as time went by there has been
many laws and articles people did not see fit to their cirumstances during their time or
situation. For example, the 4th Amendment states that each individual is protected
from"unreasonable searches and seizures of property by the government." This
amendment cannot and should not be enforced in all circumstances. If a man was seen
with his car dripping with blood, an officer should have the right to search through his
property, regardless of the 4th amendment. Or if a man was pulled over due to
speeding but the police smelled some type of drug under his possession after, the
police should have the right to search through his property even if the man disagreed to
do so.
I believe that in cases like these, there should be some exceptions to these rules.
The Constitution establishes the basis for these rules but it should not be enforced at all
times. This explains why new amendments are added over the course of history or is
debated today. The 18th amendment was added during the Prohibition Era, in order to
decrease drinking. But since it had the opposite effect, the government then passed the
21st amendment which repealed the 18th amendment. Even in today's time, people
began to question the definition of "marriage" and some are protesting to change the
meaning of it. There should be exceptions made depending on what kind of a situation
one experiences with since it is not guaranteed the laws that are already written down
would serve for the best in all circumstances.
Exceptions should be made for each rule , depending on who is involved, what kind
of a situation it is and what damage it can do. All of these factors vary in all cases,
making it impossible to apply the same rule to all.
