Description
Secureow basin control is a pneumatic
based control and operates on a dry
system-using air instead of water to
activate the timed ow.
3 year warranty.
Advantages
Vandal Resistant
Specically designed to withstand the
most hostile environments.
- Anti-blocking mechanism prevents the
tap being blocked on: ow commences
only after releasing the push-button.
- No ligature points.
- Strength: push-button made from
vandal proof stainless steel (ensuring
safe effective water ow whatever the
application).
Reliable Mechanism: Secureows dry
system using air instead of water to
activate the timed ow eliminates the
problems associated with lime scale
deposits and other water impurities.
Water Saving
- Automatic shut-off: timing adjustable
from 5 seconds to 5 minutes.
- Optional limited ow-rate: Secureow
is available with add-on combined ow
regulator / lter to maximise the saving.

Anti-blocking safety:
Vandal-proof mechanism prevents the tap
being blocked on.
Flow commences on release of the button
(prevents intentional ooding and water
wastage).
Automatic shut-off delay 5 seconds
to 5 minutes without hand contact.
With Secureow, air is pushed over
a diaphragm, which opens a small
needle valve, which can be adjusted at
commissioning to increase or decrease
the time ow, between 5 seconds and 5
minutes. Typical time settings:
- washbasins: 10-15 seconds.
- showers: 30-45 seconds.
Installation
Water supply: 0.3 to 3 bar. Max. pressure:
10 bar.
Balances CW and HW pressures
( < 1 bar).
Maximum hot water supply 46C.
Maximum air tube length: 3 metres.

TEMPOMATIC MULTIFUNCTION is ideal
for use in many different types of
installation due to its versatility and
multiple function modes. Designed for
installation in service ducts, the user
is unable to access the operating unit,
while maintenance personnel do not
need access to the area of use to service
and maintain the installation.
The TEMPOMATIC MULTIFUNCTION
programme options provide water
savings and prevent user misuse:
Managed ow rate (3 lpm for
basins and 6 lpm for showers).
Automatic timed shut-off
(adjustable timing).
Anti-blocking option
(programmable).

The control unit, basin spouts and
shower heads are ergonomically
designed - incorporating smooth
surfaces, hidden xing and robust
designs - to prevent any harm to the
user, either voluntary or involuntary.

The cost of the multifunction assembly
for 8 points-of-use is lower than the
cost of 8 individual electronic controls
with separate control units.

Anti-Legionella programme
Each point-of-use can be
programmed with a duty ush:
an automatic ush (~45 seconds
every 24 hours after the last use)
prevents water stagnation and the
development of bacteria in the pipe
work.
It is easy to undertake thermal
and chemical shocks on the
washbasins and showers.

One control unit is installed for 8
points-of-use instead of 8 individual
control units.
Simple wiring: the solenoid valve
cables, push-button controls and
sensors are supplied with push-t
connectors which connect to the
exterior of the control unit.
Operation
Touch-pad or infra-red sensors open
the solenoid valve for a pre-set period
of time.
The timing can be adjusted for each
point-of-use:
7 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds or
45 seconds depending on the required
use.
For WCs there are 3L/6L or 3L/9L
options.
Electrical requirements
Protect with a 220V/4AT fuse.
Consumption: standby 4VA; maximum
45VA.
Safety: protect the installation with
a differential circuit breaker (cf. NF C
15-100).
