1. May 2010: Completion of 1st Scope of Analysis: 13
accident reports from Y2000.
2. Jan 2011: Team decided to increase the Scope of
Analysis.
3. Sept 2011: Completion of the second set of analysis: 13
accidents from Y2006 & Y2007
4. Review of the partial results from both set of analysis
5. Partial Conclusion: The preliminary results are similar to
the ones obtained by other regions.
