ABOUT US
MANAGEMENT BREIF:
Super Security Services started few years ago. The company
commenced its operations of providing armed and unarmed
security staff to industrial and residential establishments with
a modest strength under leadership of Capt. Gurdev Singh,
founder of the company. He organized the teams of
dedicated, loyal and industrious security men and led them
to numerous successful achievements one after another.

Capt Gurdev Singh is a hard discipliner having
the experience of 30 years in the disciplined service of Indian
army. Apart for carrier in the army he has got the experience
of administration in community police (Private security
related with police), in road construction industry as well as
higher and professional educational institutions , state govt
administrative and other corporate sectors .

A Retired Army officer from Indian army mechanized infantry well equipped
with skills in armed combats and security operations on national front and
optimizingly controls the complete administration of the Super Security
Agency.

An MBA in Marketing and MSW degree holder from premier institutes of India
with vast experience in handling marketing policies of service oriented
organizations .

CONCEPT OF SECURITY
The industrial security has traveled a long way from mere
chokidary system to one of the important hands for the
management. Modern security concept is more than
providing only muscles support. It now contributes directly to
the enhancement of profits. We have visualized this need and
have designed our system, which can meet the requirement
of our valued client in preventing visible, invisible and undue
man hours losses, as also to lend muscles support during
crisis.
CONCEPT OF COMMUNITY POLICE SECURITY (C.P.S)
POLICE SECURITY: (C.P.S)
(State Police) for proper vigilance to create a
secured atmosphere where miscreant activities becomes
minimum or zero. Community Police Security (C.P.S) is
completely a private security run by a private agency under
supervision of local police (State Police) and with the help of
selected areas of public comities.

To provide the good security service to the required public
areas/ localities

SERVICES PROVIDED BY US

Uniformed security staff - They are capable of handling
barricade system, perimeter guarding, access control, CCTV
monitoring, document inspections, traffic control & parking, fire
fighting ,providing first aid, carrying out anti sabotage checks.

Personal Security Officers (Bodyguards) - Especially trained
men who are devoted to duty & dedicated to the client. We
provide personal security to VIPs, corporate executives, and
famous dignitaries.

Event Security Specialists - These men are trained in un-armed
combat, dealing with trouble makers. These bouncers will
ensure that your functions are free of disturbance from the
undesired elements or unwanted people.

Conducting Security survey - Our specialists carry out
inspection, survey and analysis. They prepare reports on
possible / potential security hazards/ assessments of security
threats and suggest security measures.

Security consultancy services - We have security experts who
can suggest tangible solutions to your security problems related
to security systems, security procedures, security
gadgets/equipments, security training etc.


Vigilance cover - Under cover security staff having experience
and skill in preventive security work as forewarning elements.
They are also trained in pursuit.


Security training - A team of passionate and experienced ex-
service men conduct training of security staff. We have
standard training infrastructure, syllabus covers all subject as
recommended under private security agencies (Regulation)
Rules 2007. We provide basic training, advanced training,
specialist training, refresher and on the job training.

METHODOLOGY OF PROVIDING SECURITY
SERVICES.
We have a simple procedure for providing security services after due
assessment. The procedure consists of following stages:-
1) Formal Survey
In order to assess the actual security requirement of the
premises a formal security survey is conducted with the help of
respective management representative without undue loss of
time.

2) Presentation of Proposal
A composite proposal based on the survey conducted is present
to the management for consideration.

3) Negotiation
Final negotiation with the management on all aspects of
proposed security development is held to arrive at mutual
agreement.

4) Deployment
Having completed the above stage, deployment of security
personnel id done.

5) Post Deployment Assessment
Periodic assessment of services in consultation with the
authorized management representative is held with a view to
tone-up the system & to remove operational lacuna, if any.

to be done. While for providing manpower, the rates are calculated
