Rationale: Through my week 3 assignment, it became clear that Forest Lane Academy is unclear of what the Texas STaR Chart,
how the data is used and can be used. Teachers’ lack of knowledge also effects their feedback that they give to the STaR chart, since
they have no idea what the questions they are answering mean or have to do with their school.

Rationale: Based on information I gathered through my week 3 interviews, teachers want to provide for technology activities in the

This evaluation for the action plan will be an ongoing process. Forest Lane Academy will create a Technology Action Team at the beginning of the
