SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION REQUIRED
FROM THE BIDDER
The bidder shall provide sufficient description on the following requested. The adequacy of the
information will be a factor for determining the responsiveness of the bids.

The Bidder shall provide adequate information on the proposed methodology to complete the
wor$s within the stipulated period. !uch methodology should cover all ma4or activities involved
in the construction procedure. mphasis should be given to activities such as preparatory
wor$s, survey, materials procurement, testing, approval, permissible measurement, safety,
protection activities which effect the ma4or tas$s of the wor$s. The 3ontractor shall clearly
indicate the responsibilities of the mployer, ngineer and 3ontractor and any other third party

The Bidder shall provide a detailed pro4ect management schedule including all ma4or activities
upto -efects "iability )eriod with indication of co+ordination required from other parties and
sub+contractors and tas$s in critical path. emphasis should be given to activities such as
preparatory wor$s, survey, materials procurement, testing, approval, permissible measurement,
safety, protection activities which effect the ma4or tas$s of the wor$s. The 3ontractor shall

The Bidder shall provide a realistic schedule of procurement of materials and equipment to be

qualification document.

The Bidder shall provide a detail schedule of the equipment required for the use in the pro4ect
and shall be correlated with the activity schedule. The Bidder shall ma$e provisions for standby
units for all the equipment required. (!chedule -5)

The Bidder shall prepare a cashflow diagram including s+curve indicating ma4or activities and
also ta$ing into consideration any other advance payments for which he may be entitled under
