How Do You Preapprove the Brands You Sell?
We perform a comprehensive inspection of all China facilities to ensure that their steel quality, manufacturing,
welding, assembly, component content, paint, parts, quality control, and technical data are ready for the legal,
compliance, and customer demands of the most developed and demanding markets in the world. Our manufacturing
experts have entire careers leading global manufacturing for some of the best manufacturers in the world. We then
modify the components on every model to meet North American and EU customer requirements, including engines,
transmissions, axles, hydraulics, electronics, hoses, seating, etc. Only after all of this work is done do we put our stamp
of approval on any model of any brand.
Who Owns and Manages ICP?
ICP is owned by a group of experienced American equipment executives, and run by some of the most experienced
equipment managers in the world. Our average time in the equipment industry is over 25 years per employee, with
experience at Caterpillar, Komatsu, Case, Volvo, other manufacturers, and leading dealers.
Are Chinese Brands Equal in Quality to Equipment Manufactured Elsewhere?

ES LEES LONG HISTORY IN THE EQUIPMENT BUSINESS began with Truck Engineering at
International Harvester (IH) where he served for eight years. He joined Kysor Industrial
Corporation as Sales Engineer and Chief Engineer, returning after three years to IH construction
equipment division, serving for 11 years on the international front in Poland and Greater Europe
handling business development and management of major license and joint technology agreements.
Later in the United Kingdom, Mr. Lee established and managed
a joint venture, Construction Equipment Trading Company
(CETCO), to provide goods and services to a variety of
customers and countries. Following his tenure with CETCO, he
joined Dresser Industries as managing director of its European
construction equipment division in Heidelberg, Germany, moving
to the position of vice president of sales at Dressers
construction equipment division in Libertyville, Illinois.
Dresser Industries merged with Komatsu America in 1988, and
Mr. Lee became vice president of sales for Komatsu Dresser
Company, based in Lincolnshire, Illinois. In 1990, he left the
manufacturing business and became president of Eagle Picher
Minerals Inc., the worlds second-largest industrial minerals
supplier of diatomaceous earth and perlite products. After 10
years with Eagle Picher Minerals, he returned to the
construction equipment industry in late 2000 with Case New Holland Global N.V. (CNH) as director of
North America heavy range products. In 2004, Mr. Lee joined Volvo Construction Equipments North
American excavator business line as director of customer solutions for aggregates. In November
2005, Mr. Lee was appointed vice president of key accounts as a member of Volvo Construction
Equipment Region Americas Executive Management Team. He oversaw all national accounts,
government sales, remarketing and rental channel activities.

This CONTRACT is subject to the following terms, pro-
visions, conditions, limitations, extensions, exceptions
and defnitions. No person has the authority to change
or to waive any of its provisions. This CONTRACT is
for the sole beneft of the CONTRACT HOLDER named
herein and applies only to the equipment or machine
described as Covered EQUIPMENT/MACHINE.
KEY TERMS AND DEFINITIONS:
CONTRACT: means this EQUIPMENT EXTENDED
WARRANTY CONTRACT. It is a CONTRACT be-
tween YOU and US.
WE, US, OUR, DEALER, MANUFACTURER:
means the Provider issuing this CONTRACT.
YOU, YOUR, CONTRACT HOLDER: means the
owner of the Covered EQUIPMENT/MACHINE list-
ed in this CONTRACT.
Covered EQUIPMENT/MACHINE: means the
equipment or machine described below.
ADMINISTRATOR: means the company appointed
by US to administer this CONTRACT. The ADMIN-
ISTRATOR has no liability to YOU.
MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN: means the actual
breaking or electronic failure of any covered part
or component of the Covered EQUIPMENT/MA-
CHINE while in ordinary use arising from faults
attributable to manufacturing defects in workman-
ship or materials in such Covered EQUIPMENT/
MACHINE or any other covered cause, resulting in
the sudden stoppage of the functions thereof and
necessitating repair before it can resume work.

WHAT YOUR CONTRACT COVERS:
1. ENGINE
A) MAJOR ASSEMBLIES
BLOCK GROUP: Including liners and sleeves, hous-
ings and covers, cylinder block, liner seat/insert and
spacer plate.
CRANKSHAFT GROUP: Including main bearings,
seals, pulley, damper, balancer, crankshaft, crankshaft
gear, vibration damper/pulley and balancer.
FLYWHEEL GROUP: Including adapters, fywheel and
fywheel ring gear.
PISTON GROUP: Including connecting rods, bearings,
piston and piston rings.
GEAR GROUP: Front and rear, including timing and
drive gears, bearings and shafts, engine output transfer
gears and timing/accessory gears.
CAMDRIVE GROUP, HEAD GROUP/CYLINDER: In-
cluding camshaft, drive gear, valve mechanism, covers,
housing, and pre chamber/adapter. Cylinder head as-
sembly, rocker shaft assembly, valve seat/insert, valve
guide, valve, pre chamber/nozzle adapter, valve cover,
valve spring, valve rotator, water director, compression
release, push rod and valve lifters.
B) FUEL SYSTEM
PUMP GROUP, FUEL TRANSFER: Including fuel trans-
fer pump housing, fuel transfer pump and auxiliary fuel
transfer pump.
VALVES AND LINES GROUP, FUEL: Including high
pressure lines, nozzles, fuel injection lines and fuel in-
jection valve/nozzle. (Refer to governor group for unit
injectors).
GOVERNOR GROUP, PUMP GROUP/INJECTION: In-
cluding housing, unit injector, fuel system group (with
variable timing), governor drive, mechanical shut off,

This guarantee is applicable throughout the 3-year, 3,000-hour warranty program active period
on the machine. *All major drive-train & hydraulic component parts that fail and debilitate the
machine from operating functionally are covered by this guarantee. ICP reserves the right to offer
a higher assembly component in place of the part ordered in fulfllment of this program.
The rental coverage starts when 48 hours have expired from the time a 48-Hour Machine-Down
Order is placed (phoned to 828-777-7500, or emailed to matt@icpdirect.com) and reasonably
able to ship that day by a regular carrier.
Considerations:
1. The cut-off time for machine down orders is 4 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday, after
which the order will be considered as being entered the next day.
2. Freight limitations due to size or customer location will be discounted from the time it
would take for a parcel to arrive by next day air courier service.
3. In the case of the requisitioned part not solving the issue, the time will be calculated
from when the correct part was ordered and only if it was not received within the 48-hour
timeframe.
4. All parts excluded from coverage under the ICP Warranty Terms & Conditions are likewise
excluded from the 48-hour guarantee.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (March 10, 2014) The launch of International Construction Products and the
Lonking equipment brand at the triennial CONEXPO-CON/AGG trade show was a success well beyond
expectations. Strong buyer and visitor feedback, coupled with high-profle media coverage, gives

Frank and International Construction Products CEO Wes Lee offcially launched ICP and its equip-
ment sales and support platform before 75 international journalists March 5 at the Las Vegas Con-
vention Center. They were joined by Lonking CEO Qiu Debo. Equipment World magazine published an
extensive story that same day, followed by a story in International Construction magazine, a mention
in The Wall Street Journal and a story published by the show daily of the Global Construction Media
Alliance (Construction Equipment, Roads & Bridges, Aggregates Business and Construccion Pan
Americana. Lee also made an appearance on Construction News Tracker Live, an online news pro-
